Best Tumon Hotels

"I visit the US every 3-4 months, and this time I chose Guam. It's where my nightmare began. I arrived at 12:00 AM, and if it weren't so late, I'd really have changed hotels. There was no water, no comb, and no earplugs! For 1680 RMB, it's not worth the price. It's noisy outside early in the morning, and the soundproofing is average. If this happened in China, I'd be bombarded with calls to 12345. I changed hotels again today, and they were just okay for 2300+ RMB. Just don't get your hopes up."

"The service at the front desk is the best. I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room. A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day. They even took it away, which was disappointing. Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them, but the service was good otherwise. The facilities are old because they are old, but they put in more effort to manage and provide service, so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip. The pool is nice and it's quiet."

"The hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel."

"The room was clean and perfect for one person. The ammenities were lacking a bit but for the price of the room, it wasn’t a big deal. All staff were nice and attentive. I’d stay again if I were to visit Guam by myself again."

"Hello, I returned safely after a pleasant honeymoon. ㅎㅎ First of all, it was an honor to stay at Lotte Hotel. However, when I checked in, dust was gathered in the corners so much that it was visible. It even stayed on the blanket, so my wife, who has a sensitive nose, had a hard time. Other than that, the view was so beautiful that I was impressed, and I was so grateful for the kindness. The food was delicious and suited my taste, so I was really glad!! Anyway, my honeymoon was so successful, so I would like to thank everyone. The weather was so nice until the day I left that I hesitated to return.ㅜㅜ If I get another chance, I would like to use it again."

You can perfectly stay three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. The aquarium is really close, just 5 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, toothbrush, and complimentary water and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel has great outdoor swimming pools with great views to sea. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance."
