Dear reader, as an employee of an hotel, I would like to tell you that this hotel fulfilled everything a guest wished. Constantin in the night service was the one who made me book a room in this hotel by his kind way at night, but his service goes beyond the usual night service. He helped me actively find my goals in the city that I wouldn't like to be so widely used to, at this point a great thank you. I came back only in the early morning hours, when Mrs. Forster was waiting for me from the early service, this lady has a huge heart, which you could notice when you changed the word. And finally, Mr Wenzel, I didn't get it, with such a hospitality for breakfast, brought me a cake that he simply perfected the service of these hotels. I thank these three staff members of your hotel for having ensured a beautiful stay for me, and these are not flocks, but these three staff have brought me to write an assessment, which I would not only like to encourage my successors to book here, but also thank me for allowing me a nice stay. Lovely hotel. Great staff. Check-in and checkout perfect. Rooms clean, good size, wifi perfect, very comfortable all round. Great feature is the convenience store in the lobby with a variety of snacks, wine, beer, etc. Excellent location at the edge of the historic centre. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hilton Hotel Dresden in Dresden, Germany is in a very good location, right next to the Frauenkirche. It is also very convenient to walk to other tourist attractions. The hotel room size is acceptable. The room is very clean. The two single beds are very comfortable and can help you sleep well so that you have enough for the next day. I continue to visit the scenic spots with energy. The restaurant is very beautiful for breakfast. There are many food choices. The service staff are very polite and smiling. You can also ask the waiter for an amla which is very delicious. You can store your luggage after leaving the hotel so that you can continue to visit various items easily. I was hesitating to give 5 stars, because at the reception the lady was very helpful and changed the room directly to one with shower. Note: the shower was not a walk in shower, but the person had to make a ca. 10 cm high step to get it and the door to the bathroom was ca. 65 cm wide, so the small child wheelchair just fitted. We spent seven nights in Dorint Dresden for a private stay in Dresden. A major advantage of this hotel is its traffic-friendly location: the old town with its attractions is in a footing distance, the tram driving in Dresden at close distances holds almost outside the door. The hotel itself is not new, but the public areas make a well-treated impression and our standard room to the indoor courtyard on the second floor was clean, spacious and very quiet. The room design is originated from another time, which has not disturbed us, but modernisation should necessarily be accompanied by additional sticks. The service in the house was professional, the staff were friendly and accessible to the guests' concerns at any time. The breakfast offer was in line with the ”international standard” for a hotel of this category, the fresh egg food and the associated supplements were much better than in many other hotels. Critically, the great offer of sauce and bakery products in Dresden and the surroundings was only extremely limited - backbrushes, cutting etc. were acceptable standard products as they exist everywhere, But with which you don't even get off. Damn. The high prices in the deep garage (17 Euros per day) criticized in other reviews can easily be handled with a 10 Euro cheaper parking behind the hotel. However, this price policy is incomprehensible. On the house policy of non-cleaning of rooms for sustainability reasons, note: The daily cleaning of rooms can be logged in at check-in - you are explicitly asked by the receptionist - that then works without any mistake. It is only strange that Dorint does not give incentives to refrain from cleaning - targeting a bad consciousness is rather contraproductive. Finally, the daily opening of the bar in a well-booked hotel should be obvious. The bar staff makes a great job.
