"隔音差勁，前台態度差做事還不行。凌晨兩點隔壁在看電視，隔音效果差聽的特別清楚，直接給整失眠了。隔音差不是隔壁客人的問題，每個人作息不一樣我可以理解，第二天我續房的時候要求換個安靜一點的房間，前台給我換電梯邊房間，電梯旁進進出出不是更吵嗎，能聽懂訴求嗎？換房要刷新房卡，結果新房卡幾次刷不開，我跑上跑下幾次，本來沒睡好就很煩躁了，弄的更煩，前台自己失誤了沒弄好房卡，但凡態度好一點説個不好意思都讓人心裏舒服一點吧。和朋友吐槽這個事情，朋友就幫我去投訴了，投訴結果是我後續幾天的續房給我送早餐，投訴的初衷是反饋問題解決問題，不是讓你拿個早餐堵我的嘴，事情沒解決完開口就是要好評，把自己該做的做好，住的滿意你不要好評客人都會主動給，都客訴了還要好評呢，有這個時間不如好好培訓員工。看評論也不是我一個人説前台態度差，還不會弄房卡吧。酒店硬件各方面都可以，打掃衞生的阿姨也很好，衹要別碰見那個的前台就是萬事大吉。"
