My room with balcony had a superb 180 degree view of wide expanses of luminously green paddies (September), framed by parts of downtown Dien Bien Phu and infamous Hill A1 (30+ minutes walk away) and the surrounding mountains/hills.  The room was  equipped/decorated with lots of imagination and attention to detail. The soul of everything is the charming owner/manager Hien, very knowledgeable and helpful. Last not least, her cooking is excellent!"
