"Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer."

"Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive.
Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone.
Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7"

"The room was quite clean as a whole and the room had a microwave. The environment is not bad, but it is a bit far from the convenience store around. It is recommended to rent a car. The service is not bad, cleaned once every two days, but there is no disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, etc. The laundry facilities have two knives at a time, and the drying is also two knives. If you don't bring your own laundry detergent, the disposable laundry bag is a 1.25 knife. These all need to be paid for by 25 cents. Breakfast can be said to deal with a bite, can you still expect white rice to be very rich?"

"The room is spacious and the hotel is in an excellent location. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast is also very rich. There are snacks and fast food available for purchase in the lobby. However, the only thing is that the hotel feels older and the air in the room is a bit stuffy and the ventilation is not very good."

Friendly staff, clean room that was beautiful with up-to-date furnishings and decor, GREAT price, great location, near many restaurants and lots of things to do in the area. 10/10 would recommend this place for to anyone, including my family and friends. I could really go on and on. Just book this place. You will not be disappointed!!!

GGuest UserValerie at the front desk was so welcoming, efficient and helpful. Made me feel right at home and really grateful that I chose your hotel. Lobby and elevator were very clean as well as the dining area. Breakfast was appreciated as well. Room was comfortable and clean for the most part. There was some scary brown liquid drips on the wall next to the bed, so not perfect, but overall I would still recommend.

GGuest UserHappy with the stay. Hotel is clean, both common areas and room. Check in staff was great. Location was convenient for our needs. Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant only minutes away (Starwood Cafe). Hotel has a small bar and restaurant, but we did not use them. Both looked clean and well kept. Other guests were obviously enjoying them.
only complaint, the room HVAC kept cycling and the fan was a little loud. I'm a light sleeper, so it probably impacted me more so than the average person.

GGuest UserService was great. We felt welcomed upon arrival and were even given restaurant and family fun recommendations. The rooms, restrooms, and bed were all clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel was quiet and relaxing feet away from the Hawaiian Falls Waterpark.

SSally RimanI chose the facilities and location on purpose,however the pool was closed due to inspection not complete. Breakfast was fine but somewhat cold. Service at desk was excellent--staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Housekeeping staff was not thorough--found dirty underwear behind desk and under couch and there was a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. Hall was not vacuumed and when we asked for a room cleaned, it was not done very well. I am assuming they were short-staffed like everyone else but they should address the mildew, which is not healthy. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and we were able to be on the first floor.
