"A friend recommended this hotel. It was much nicer than I expected. I would say it was more suited to families or couples. As a solo traveler it was a little more than I needed, but I would definitely stay again, as everything there was great."

"The location is in the path, and it is a dirt road, it is not easy to walk. There is a problem with the health. You can say that you can try the pursuit of low prices. After all, you can stay at 11 o'clock at the airport for one night. The waiter has a good attitude and should be Indian. There are also foreigners living, at least my health is not very good."

"The place is spacious, clean, nice and natural... It's just a bit expensive for the upper class, it's better to be 800 thousand/night... But it's really worth it.... Including food/breakfast for 2 pax... There is a zoo and pick-up and drop-off with buggy cars... The swimming pool is large and there are 2... For bringing family, especially bringing children, it's very suitable, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel is nea tor the airport (15min) and they provide free shuttle service. Bed is comfortable, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, it is okay to stay for a night before an early morning flight. Breakfast provided is good. Indomaret and cafes nearby."

"Big room with very comfortable beds. There isn't much to do nearby without travelling far but the hotel does have a pool on-site. There are free shuttles to the airport, every two hours, and hence is a convenient spot to stay if you have flights."

AAnonymous UserIf you have an early flight and need a place to rest nearby, I really recommend this hotel! It’s located on Level 2 inside the airport, which is super convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was really good too, lots of options to choose from. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they helped carry our bags and were always there when we needed something. Overall, everything was great. If I visit Medan again, I’ll definitely stay here!

GGuest UserPerfect for a short stay over! The room’s small but there’s space underneath to put your bags. It was very clean, the bed super comfortable, bathroom/shower good and the A/C added so much comfort. A bonus: we could use our Netflix here! The taxi service to the airport worked well and was easy to book (50 000 IDR for 2 people). Just the breakfast was so-so; coffee and tea great, but only toast + a choice of old butter / chocolate sprinkles / green matcha spread to put on. If that’s not your thing, better plan for a better breakfast!

GGuest UserNot far from the airport, there is a shuttle from/to the airport. There is a currency exchange and a small supermarket nearby. Breakfasts are not varied, but sufficient to fill you up. The only downside is the distance from the city (it is difficult to call a taxi).

KKaki GansauThe location is very strategic, close to the airport and easy to find food around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, making the stay smooth and comfortable. Facilities were also excellent for the price. Another plus point is the free drop to the airport, which makes it even more convenient for travelers. Overall I had a pleasant experience staying here. Highly recommended for short or transit stays in Medan.

GGuest UserTerrible air quality. People smoke indoors, including one staff. I complained to one of them and he thought it’s not considered smoking indoors if the window is open. Scandalous how standards are low. Also complained to reception, who only had a look at the security camera but didn’t do anything.
Free breakfast is just toast with chocolate sprinkles, matcha spread or margarine.
Close to the airport so good for a 1 night stay if flying the next day.
