The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the city hall. We don't have large luggage and have a backpack, so it is interesting to walk upstairs and take the stairs. We live in the annex, Loft Studio room, with a simple refrigerator, pool, electric stove and refrigerator, very convenient. Very clean and fun. Check in and check out, the time can not be too early or too late, check your itinerary before booking.

The hotel is in a stunning part of Delft. The studio was roomy and spacious. Breakfast was not great and the service was poor too. I asked for a late check out only one hour or even thirty minutes later and was told I would be charged for the time and was also told it wasn’t possible as they needed to clean the room. Not sure what was the reason. Just seemed inflexible.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is good, just next to IKEA, it is convenient to eat, although the location is a bit biased, but about 2 kilometers walk to reach various attractions

Such a nice, cozy and well maintained hotel. I loved my time there. The staffs are all super nice, helpful. Bike rental is available to those who would like to experience Delft like the locals. Very close to TU Delft and the Centrum. Would definitely come back if I ever go to Delft again.

The location is in the most central place, all attractions are nearby, the gentleman at the front desk is very nice, he will explain everything you want to know, and I will definitely recommend it to all friends who come to the Netherlands!

Ctrip did not update the price of breakfast. It is now 20 euros a person. The price is high. The food eaten is not special. This hotel Ctrip's special room has to go out to find, breakfast has to go out to find. inconvenient.

AAnonymous UserRoom was fine and the modern atmosphere of the hotel is also nice. Nice view of the city. There were some points missing in terms of details. No seating for 2 people as was described in the room. And one of the bedside lamps didn't work.

TTerenceAfterWorkThe reception desk gentleman is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although I was expecting more of an Asian cuisine. The best part about this hotel is actually Race Planet being right opposite which offers a unique experience in our stay at delft.
Overall the hotel can improve on the cleanliness and please get regular sized pillows for the bed instead of the current square ones.
I would recommend this hotel because I can feel the staff dedication and prompt service attitude.
Oh yes, it is also a short drive to the draw bridge where we admired the sunrise.
