"In the room on the first night, the air conditioner made a loud noise when operating. The control switch only had automatic and manual, and only had two levels of adjustment. I have never stayed in a hotel room with such a loud air conditioner. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, I was very disappointed. We were simply upgraded to a room with a separate bed and sofa bed, but the air conditioner was still noisy, just not as loud as the one in the room on the first night. The service at the counter is good, the parking lot is free, and there are shopping malls nearby."

"The hotel is very comfortable, the service is very good, and the location is also in the safe and quiet Dedham. It is convenient to travel, and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere. The swimming pool and gym are well-equipped"

"Hotel location is good, next to the highway. Across the road is a big mall, eating, drinking and having fun, wholefood supermarket food is very full. A Best Buy around, and a Costco, you can go shopping. Next to the hotel lobby is a Chinese restaurant, opened by Fuzhou people, with a buffet of 15 US dollars, affordable. The taste is very good. It is worth eating. There are many people every day. Hotel facilities are the level of Jinjiang Star in China. There is no refrigerator, no safe, no toiletries. If necessary, call to the front desk. The sound of the air conditioner is very loud. If you have a sleep disorder, consider other homes. Either turn off the air conditioner, I just do it. The nine-point gym has only treadmills and walking machines, and the pool is small. The front desk service is general, and there is no smile at all. The hotel is either self-driving or Uber, it is not convenient to walk, too biased."

"The lobby is nicely decorated and cosy, and reception team is helpful.  The shared open car park lots with the retail shops should be no charge.  Overall, convenient, clean and pleasant hotel stay."

"The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous."

"The room is very spacious and the location is very good! Next to the stadium and the large commercial center Mall, it only takes 40 minutes to get to downtown Boston and the transportation is convenient. The whole family will live for at least a month every year."

"The facility was nice. I just think they should fix the luggage cart for a nicer one . The place was percentable. Staff was not well coordinated. and in the shower light paint was coming off the ceiling. Pool & Gym was nice . Breakfast lady's were very nice and receptionist."

"Nice property. Unfortunately the renovation did not benefit all rooms. The location is wonderful, right off the interstate but secluded with woods and walking paths. The indoor pool looks perfect, but unfortunately it’s closed without good reason. Also, the bathroom does not have lotion, toothbrushes, or other toiletries except soap and shampoo. The room has zero water bottles. The gentleman at the front desk was kind but I wish he asked if we needed water bottles or toiletries or if we were rewards members. Water pressure in the shower was weak, but the water was hot and soft."

"The hotel is only 5 years old and very comfortable. However, the nearest supermarket is also about 10 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket. It is about 18 kilometers from Natick Mall, where there are many shopping and restaurants. It is closer to Babson College and is about a twenty minute drive from Wellesley College. Breakfast is simple but healthy. Free internet, parking, Wi-Fi."
