"The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust. Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance."

Too pricey hotel 2.bfast Buffet food was just standard for a luxury hotel , should be set up maybe outside (non pork) 3. Should have another room to store their extra beds not displaying just outside our room (Executive suite) 4. Lock Knob was broken at the CR 5. Dinner buffet was too pricey for p2,500.00 each. 6. Fireworks dance must be set at the middle stage for the benefit of all guests not just for the buffet eaters (dinner) 7. Gym area was not spacious for a luxury hotel 8. Limited Recreational activities to choose from 9. The color of the hotel (i know it's standard color of Discovery) but it's dull , not appealing"

"we stayed only for 1 night. service was good, they upgraded us to 7 floor.. staff was friendly but the room has big crack, water was color gray well they inform me during check in let ut run for few minutes until becuase clear.. i dont know whats going on with there water system..also no water heater so they provided a basin and pail so can reheat the water thru water kettle if want to have hot shower...lol.....price is more expensive than good hotel in davao ..."
