"The clerk was very friendly and light hands to help. At that time we got a 4th floor room and since we were over 60 then we asked for 2nd or 1st floor. The second day the clerk provided the 2nd floor so we were not tired. "

"Pro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European styleโboth beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus!
Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning."
