"It has surely been a great find. Besides at an excellent location, the hotel is very comfortable with a great level of services by the staff, with all the smiles 😁, all the time. The staff extended services out of their way even after midnight as I needed. The room has all that we need as would be in a 5 Star hotel. Everything was clean and the bed, sheets, etc. were very tidy. Most exciting was looking at the two historic bridges, the Yalu river and North Korean buildings etc. on the other side of the river through the windows. Attaching the photos I took in the morning and in the evening- could view the lighting on the bridges better than any other location I suppose. Overall, it was awesome 😎. The hotel is going through some renovations, specifically on my floor (Floor 8), so I am sure the carpet in the room will be replaced soon with a new one. This was only and of course a minor issue noticed. Looking forward to staying in this place (only) next time as I plan to come to Dandong with my family- they missed the wonderful Dandong and the views from the windows in the room I stayed in!!"

"I booked this room specifically for the view. A certain live streaming platform offered a much better price than Ctrip. Upon check-in, I learned this is an older 4-star hotel, which means it was likely once the best hotel in Dandong. Being so close to the river, it's quite humid, and the hotel feels very old. Consequently, the room itself wasn't great. The air conditioning was very weak, but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot. On the plus side, the water pressure was excellent, making for a good shower. The location and the view are unbeatable! So, there's a trade-off. The service was very good and polite. If you're particular about your room, I wouldn't recommend it."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to the pier and the Broken Bridge, and very close to the train station and dining spots. We could even see the fireworks display right outside the hotel during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very thoughtful, warning us about the potential noise and even providing earplugs. The rooms are quite new and spacious, with a well-designed layout and plenty of storage space for luggage and personal belongings. The cleaner on the 7th floor was incredibly warm and friendly; her smiling service truly made us feel at home. The restaurant staff was also very welcoming, and the breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay."

"The room decor was pretty standard. As for the service, some of the front desk staff were quite bad. I had a fever and they still made me go downstairs to heat up my own food, which was just ridiculous, especially after I had informed them beforehand. "Service: Excellent! There was a male staff member who was very enthusiastic and pleasant to talk to. The front desk attitude upon check-in was neutral, just normal, but upon check-out, the front desk staff was incredibly nice and even came out to give us a small souvenir. Facilities: I went just before Chinese New Year, when it was at its coldest, but the air conditioning inside the room was very warm, not cold at all. I booked a side river view room, and the room was very spacious and roomy. The TV was also very clear, though many channels required a membership, but it was good for watching cartoons. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: The indoor environment was great. Parking was tight in front of the hotel, but there were still spots available. Also, the breakfast was excellent, with a rich variety of options, including a coffee machine and fresh salads. The kitchen could also prepare freshly cooked noodles and wontons, though the wontons were just okay. Overall, I was very satisfied. This price is definitely great value for money."

"I came to Dandong specifically for the BBQ, and it definitely lived up to the hype – it had a great, lively atmosphere. I chose the best hotel in Dandong for my stay, and it was conveniently located not far from the BBQ restaurants, just a minimum taxi fare away. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent. The absolute best part was not having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries; the front desk arranged for a robot to bring them directly to my room – that was truly amazing!"
