GGuest User位置很好找，距離東港北站很近，周圍小吃很多，很方便。服務很好，昨天入住時有位富態戴眼鏡的前台員工很熱情，一下子就對這個城市不陌生了。休息區等車時還給我們送上了茶水。衞生值得信賴，很乾凈～沒有異味，住着很放心。考慮了幾家酒店，最終選擇了桔子，沒有失望，下次來東港還要住這裏。建議：延遲到14:00退房，對於我這種住到很舒服的酒店，上午都在睡覺中度過的年輕人來説，延遲退房簡直太好了☺️

Disadvantages:
1. The air conditioner is malfunctioning. The outside temperature was only 12°C, but the air conditioner in the room was blowing room temperature air. When we called the front desk, they said the air conditioner had been broken for a while and they could bring blankets if we were cold. It was impossible to shower in the room, so what was the point of bringing blankets? Later, we learned that the room next door had electric heaters, but when we asked again, they said there were no heaters. Why weren't they told we had heaters when we called an hour earlier? Do we have to complain to get one?!
2. The shower water was either scalding hot or ice cold, making it impossible to wash up. When we called the front desk, they said it was because of the large number of people during the Qingming Festival holiday, and they couldn't adjust it. Is being crowded an excuse for inconsistent water quality?
3. We went for breakfast at 8:30 am, and there was practically nothing to eat. The noodles were all broken, and the only other thing left was boiled eggs. They said there was nothing else to eat because of the large number of people. Is being crowded an excuse? The hotel clearly stated that breakfast was from 7:00 to 9:30, but there was no food after 8:30. I'm speechless.
Please, hotel management, provide a clear explanation!

JJingle~~The hotel is very new, exceeding my expectations. First, the facilities: the bathroom and room layout are excellent, and the shower even has music playing. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, resulting in great taste. Considering this is a mountainous area, surrounded by forests and farmland, this is a rare convenience. My daughter ate a lot of taro, corn, and walnuts. Overall, it's great value for money, compared to another hotel I stayed at in a scenic area before. Oh, and because it's new, there was a slight odor, but they thoughtfully provided an air purifier in the room. The only drawback, perhaps due to labor costs, is that there are some uncleaned areas.

GGuest UserThe tatami family room we stayed in this time was consistent with the pictures. I liked the decoration style and facilities. It was very clean and reassuring. The staff at the front desk were warm and polite. There is free parking and convenient transportation. I went to the restaurant's buffet breakfast in the morning. There were many varieties, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was good. The service was considerate and meticulous. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. Recommended!

I arrived quite late in the evening and ate at the hotel. The portion was quite large. I was too hungry to take pictures. The wild vegetable buns, green beans, and almost every dish are delicious. Breakfast is just so-so, just one kind of porridge, which is enough to fill you up. Just remember the various pickles, which are not special enough. Accommodation: I stayed in a mountain view villa, with a large room on the second floor, a living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor, and three rooms on the basement level (not really underground, just opposite the front door). Each room can be directly connected to the outside. The scenery is very beautiful. beautiful. The room may have floor heating and the temperature is very comfortable.
