"We booked a river view family room, and the hotel service was very attentive. As soon as we parked the car, there were staff to help with our luggage. The staff at the front desk No. 030 immediately helped with the check-in procedures. We successfully checked into the river view room on the 4th floor, and thoughtfully gave us a piece of fruit and Yogurt, an unexpected surprise. The room is very big. There is a sofa by the window. You can enjoy the river view through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. This is the reason why we chose it. Although there was heavy rain this time and the upstream flood discharge caused a power outage in the hotel, they took emergency measures. It was very good. Staff were arranged on each floor to inform them about the power outage, and they also helped with lighting and went downstairs for breakfast. They also presented small cakes when checking out, which was a big thumbs up for their attentive service."

"The room truly exceeded my expectations! The European-style decor was elegant and grand, with a crystal chandelier and carved furniture that had a premium feel. It was incredibly photogenic. The mattress was perfectly supportive, and the linens were incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a wonderfully sound sleep. The room was immaculately clean; not a single speck of dust was found, even in the smallest corners. It was lovely to unwind with a cup of tea in the evening. The overall experience was outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit."
