An absolute welcoming place to stay. Host are friendly and helpful. Not forgetting all the super hosts of 14 cats and 2 dogs (new addition puppy named ah fu). Rooms are nicely set up with smaller details in place eg: hot water dispenser, jumbo sized humidifier, etc) Location is tucked in an alley 2 mins walk away from main road. Easy 10 mins walk to gucheng. Everywhere else can be didi easily. Played with ah fu a little before saying goodbye to this lovely place. Please stay healthy to all my fur friends

Extremely satisfied with my stay. Facilities: Very exquisite. Cleanliness: An auntie would ask about cleaning every day. Environment: Clean and tidy, plus there are adorable cats and dogs in the yard! Service: Very attentive! There was a young man who introduced nearby attractions and recommended restaurants!

Fabulous place to stay in Dali. Room exceeded my expectations and is very well designed. Bed is very comfortable and we enjoyed our sleep. Also comes with many useful amenities such as a indoor clothes dryers and access to a communal washing machine. Premise has a very nice garden as well 14 cats and 2 dogs (very well behaved) to play with. It's like a pet cafe as well. 😂 Will definitely return and recommend my friends to stay if they go Dali.

What an amazing hotel. It lived up to my expectations. The garden is very well maintained and the area is peaceful. The room was huge and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, My favourite part are the cats. It filled us with so much joy every time we saw them. I will definitely come back again 😀

The owner's dedication is evident in the facilities: the bathrooms are all Kohler, and the rooms even have a dryer and a humidifier (I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was very clean and spacious. I was worried the furniture might be old, but it was all brand new). We arrived by car at 8 PM, and the owner immediately came out to help us with our luggage and park the car. He was still at the B&B when we returned at 11 PM after our evening activities, and even helped us optimize our itinerary for Erhai Lake the next day. He was incredibly thoughtful! Plus, the B&B has 14 cats and two dogs – it's a paradise for pet lovers! The cats and dogs are all very clean, showing how much care they put into raising them. The two dogs were even rescued by them. Owners with such a kind heart are always wonderful. It was a very comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling with family or as a couple, I think you'll have a great time here. You absolutely, absolutely must try this place! Chinese people don't lie to Chinese people!

This is the most satisfying guesthouse I've ever stayed at. It's within walking distance to Dali Ancient City, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet incredibly charming decor. I especially loved the guesthouse's garden; you could tell it was meticulously designed, surrounded by greenery and home to many adorable cats and dogs. The staff were warm and helpful without being overbearing, treating everyone staying there like friends. I absolutely loved it and will definitely return if I have the chance to visit Dali again.

Very beautiful and comfortable guest inn! There are many cute cats and dogs in the guest inn. Location is also convenient, only a few minutes walk to the Old Town. All the staff members are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend visitors to consider staying here for a good experience.

Hygiene: Very clean, the bedding was super comfortable and soft against the skin. I slept really well both nights. Environment: The garden is beautiful with lots of cats and two dogs – you can even pet the cats! Service: The staff member provided excellent service. He contacted us a day in advance to ask about our arrival time and if we needed a parking spot. We arrived early on the day of check-in and were able to check-in right away, plus we got a room upgrade. The staff member even came out to help us park and carried our luggage in for us. Extremely satisfied!

She Yu Inn was the first home stay I’ve ever stayed in Dali. It didn’t disappoint me at all. She Yu has a well maintained beautiful garden featuring a pool with golden fish. The pool is well designed wandering through the garden full of local plants and flowers. Depending on the season it offers a variety of colours. As it is early autumn now, hydrangeas and bougainvillea are the dominant colours. There are a dozen of cats with different breeds living on site which are all very friendly and playful. The cats are surprisingly led by the only one corgi whose name is Ji Xiang or lucky or auspicious in English. If you are into Chinese tea culture and calligraphy, you are lucky to spend time in the onsite tea house. The suite I stayed in has traditional wooden handmade furniture which are all very beautiful. The queen size bed is very comfortable and bed linen is clean and fresh. The suite has all the facilities I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable including a big bath tub, clothes dryer and bathroom ceiling heater. Staff and the owner are all very friendly and helpful. I left my stuff behind after checking out. The staff offered free shipping to my current hotel which was so sweet. The location is perfect as it is not far from the South Gate of Dali ancient town but stays away from noisy and busy streets. I can see Cang Shan mountains in my room too. No matter you are travelling solo or with families and friends you will feel like home in She Yu just like me. With all the wonderful memories I continue my journey through Yu Nan. I know I will come back here in the near future. Thanks to all the staff and the owner in She Yu who made my stay so welcoming. All the best and take care until we meet again

This guesthouse was meticulously designed by a professional designer who also happens to be the owner. They have 15 cats and 2 dogs, making it a perfect spot for families with kids who want to interact with animals. Right across from the guesthouse is the owner's breakfast shop, and their steamed buns are absolutely delicious.

Overall, it was great. The room was very comfortable and the facilities were new. The courtyard was elegant and charming, with many cats that the kids loved. The inn is located near the South Gate of the ancient city, making it quite convenient for exploring. The breakfast was delicious.

Cats, dogs, and wedding candies – this place has it all! The room was very spacious, there's a dryer, and the pillows were super comfy. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and the owner's recommendations were spot-on; we didn't have a single bad meal. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money, I definitely want to stay longer next time!

We had a great stay here. The hosts are very helpfull. I had issue with my wechat/alipay, he helped me throughtout. The service is exceptional. Location is near to halal food 15min by car and also to ancient town. We had great view from our room and the cats are super cute! Very recommended to stay here.

The garden environment is amazing! Surrounded by greenery, with small bridges and flowing water, and sunlight filtering through the leaves onto the courtyard – every photo taken here is picture-perfect. The cats and dogs at the place are super friendly; you could spend all day petting and playing with them. The biggest surprise is that it's just a 10-minute walk to the ancient city. After shopping, you can come back and relax in the courtyard with a coffee. The location and experience are simply flawless!
