Leopard Beach Resort and Spa Reviews

I recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming. However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation. I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

Great Service and friendly Staff. Location is beautiful as well and got expectation matched the pictures wasn’t disappointed. Could improve on having more utensils for the buffets as when there’s many guests plates/glasses become a bit scarce but overall everything was amazing keep it up!

Beyond my expectation concerning the money I paid. The hotel is located in the right end of Diani beach. It provides complementary dinner and breakfast (buffets), and shows during dinner time. All staffs are friendly and very responsive.

Great location right by the beach ...amazing staff at the reception when checking in . I especially loved the rooms, they are modern, clean and no mosquitoes. I would just recommend a little improvement at the restaurant section , our pizza wasn't nicely done , but then again the hotel.was.hosting dinners every night maybe the staff was tired . Otherwise it's a great hotel and the nights were always fun , child friendly and a great spot to have a good time

Great location

The room is big, the distance between the buildings is large, there are many plants, the sea view is beautiful, the food changes every day, I didn't get tired of it after staying for 5 days, the waiters are very polite, but the medical resources are insufficient, bumps and bruises are inevitable at the beach, and there are very few band-aids. I hope it will be improved.

The worst hotel of my life the hotel is very very dirty I found a cockroach in my room I inform the reception they arrive with a cockroach spray. The next day I lose a day with the manager because I want to be reimbursed and leave this hotel. She tells me that she can only reimburse me 188€ and offer me a massage and lunch something I did not want more 188€ is not even the price of a night there. So I called the trip customer service and they handled all the negotiations. TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

We had a family vacation in early May. This is not our first time at this hotel. The price/quality ratio is good. The only thing that really irritates us is the locals who are always pestering you and trying to sell you something with a 100% markup. We decided to walk to the newly-emerged island and realized that we had gone without slippers in vain. There were a lot of hedgehogs. The local "hike sellers" helped us out with their slippers, but the price for 3 people was 9,000 Kes, which is comparable to the cost of a motorboat that will take you to a place where there are many different fish, starfish, and other sea creatures.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and highly recommend it. The environment, hygiene and facilities are all first-class. Most of the staff provide very good service. This bad review is because the hotel did not find the order for one of the three rooms I booked in the system, even though I had shown them my order. A front desk staff even asked to see my payment record. In the end, the hotel finally found all the orders in the system. Because of the hotel's mistake, I had a very unpleasant experience on this trip. I feel that it is very rude for the hotel staff to check my payment record when I have already shown the order. I hope the hotel room will apologize.

Well located hotel, close to the sea and with several swimming pools

Pretty hotel on the edge of the Indian Ocean. Delicious food.

It is recommended, also can. When you open the door on the terrace, you can see the sea, and when you open the door, you can see monkeys picking fruits from the trees to eat. . The beach 🏖 behind the hotel is also beautiful

The water is salty, not good.
