Great hotel to be, nearby the square and many eatery place, breakfast is good and service is excellent too!

Location is very convenient and there supply the oxygen quite good that can be release any sickness.

Best hotel in Cusco! We also stayed at the Palacio del Inka but preferred JW Marriott El Convento. They have an amazing breakfast every day, room service was super tasty and spa facilities are fantastic. Location is super central.

Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I had altitude sickness and they kept checking in on me, whenever you call the hotel for oxygen they show up within minutes to assist you with getting more oxygen and whatever you need. Location is superb. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Cusco next time!

This is the worst Marriott I've ever stayed in. On the first day, I checked in to a basement room with a symbolic window and the basement wall outside! It's obviously a scam. There was no warning when booking. The second time I checked in, I had to wait until 3pm before I got a room. They said they arranged the best fourth floor! In fact, there was only a small pocket window, but the weird thing was that the eaves on the third floor extended 2 meters and tilted upwards, almost blocking the fourth floor window, so the fourth floor guests couldn't see anything! Such a weird hotel is speechless. People who have stayed here will never come again.

Spent two comfortable nights at JW Cusco. The hotel's exterior is unremarkable, but the interior has a strong Inca cultural feel. The room has 20% oxygen supply to relieve the discomfort of altitude sickness. There is also unlimited coca tea at the front desk. The staff is very proactive in helping to push the luggage. The breakfast is rich. The overall feeling is good.

The hotel environment is really nice, and the location is also very good, not far from the Temple of the Sun and the Plaza de Armas. What is incredible is that Ctrip booked us a basement on the first night, and after negotiation, we moved to the first floor for the second stay. Not only is the view not good, but the items in the room are also of a different grade. For such an expensive hotel, Ctrip still uses this kind of tricks, and they will cheat if they can, and they also want to make a profit from the price difference😱

A lot of rooms in the hotel are actually in the basement, and you can't see anything at all. The window is just a decoration, and the basement wall is right next to the window. The highest floor, the 4th floor, is called a luxury room, but because the roof of the third floor extends out 2 meters and tilts up, you can only see a little sky from the window, and you can't see the courtyard at all. It's very strange, but there is no reminder when booking a room. The front desk helps to order a car, which is at least 7 or 8 times more expensive than calling a car yourself. Consider it carefully.

The service is so good that I have to comment. The room was upgraded to a room with windows for free. Because I left the hotel too early, I was provided with a packaged breakfast. There were free cocktail classes and a tour of the hotel's internal monuments. The room provided an oxygen supply system so there was no high-reaction

The service is excellent and the location is great. If you want to go to Machu Picchu and leave very early in the morning, tell the hotel front desk the time you leave the hotel and the hotel will arrange a breakfast before you leave. The room service is very good

Except the sink and shower are a bit small, everything else is great!
