I went there on a business trip and it was great. However, the entrance to the parking lot was so narrow that the driver's car got scratched when he tried to get out a little... Hehe... It's too bad, but what can I do? The location was good, so I could go anywhere, and the view during the day was nice.

Comfortable hotel! 15 minutes walk to the historic center, attentive and kind staff, breakfast is plentiful. Definitely an experience to repeat.

The location of the hotel is really impeccable. The U4 subway station is a 2-minute walk away. It is very convenient to get in and out. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach a street full of restaurants. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They are already familiar with the guests as soon as they arrive. All check-in information has been prepared and a map of Vienna is provided. The attitude is perfect💯 The front desk also provides 24-hour service, but I worry about not being able to find staff at night. The room is well-equipped and the toilet is clean and separated into wet and dry areas. Very comfortable. What’s commendable is that there are so many hangers! A two-person room can have at least 6-7 hangers per person! There are even two wardrobes and plenty of space for shelves. The room has a terrace and windows that can be opened and closed at any time. It is not afraid of being heated and there is no air leakage when closed. Only the plug locations are only on one side of the bed and under the TV. You have to open the curtains near the bed to find out. Breakfast is normal. There is not too much or too little food. The overall experience is full marks.

It's convenient because it's close to the station. However, the supermarket in the neighborhood closes early and doesn't have any substitutes for meals. It's different from Japanese convenience stores. There are no amenities, so please bring your own. The souvenir bags were thrown away during cleaning and the front desk didn't look for them even when I asked them. The service is the worst. There are no rooms with a bath, but in reality there are no rooms with a bath. Please be careful when making a reservation. Unlike in Japan, European hotels do not offer any services. Of course, it's different for luxury hotels. Please note that there are three power plugs. You cannot charge your phone unless you bring a converter.

Hotel with a great location, Vienna city center is easy to reach on foot. Rooms are functional, clean, internet/Wi-Fi is no problem. The only thing missing is a refrigerator (if you need one), but there are also apartments available to book.

Value for money in this hotel. Unfortunately the trigger in our bathroom was broken. This would also result in the first mold stains. The reception was informed on the first day, but during our short stay there was no repair. The breakfast is good! There is a little bit of space in front of the buffet, but it works.

The overall environment is good and the location is convenient

It's good considering that Vienna is very expensive, but it's a school dormitory, it's very well located and the breakfast is good.

早餐變化性不大，但原則上還能接受。 房間內的衣架是可以拆開的那種，所以無法移動到其他地方涼掛衣服，稍有不便。 洗澡空間比較小，房間內幾個書櫃牆，但感覺放不太到東西，反而稍微佔了一些活動空間，稍顯可惜。

Когда мы заселились, в душе на полке лежал кусочек пакетика от одноразового шампуня и весь душ был в разводах, из-за чего мы следили вывод, что в душе вообще не убирались. Потом под столом нашли какой-то пластиковый мусор, и весь пол был в каких-то пятнах и разводах. В добавок ручка в ванную комнату была наполовину разобрана. В целом как будто меняют постельное белье с полотенцами, протирают раковину и всё, больше не убираются.

ロケーションはよい。サービスは必要最低限。ルームクリーニングは2日に1回でエクストラタオルにはお金がかかる。学生の団体利用が多い。スーパーが真横。スタッフはとても親切。
