The breakfast is not very varied, but in principle it is acceptable. The hangers in the room are detachable, so they cannot be moved to other places to hang clothes, which is a bit inconvenient. The shower space is relatively small. There are several bookcase walls in the room, but it feels like there is not much space for things. Instead, it takes up a little space for activities, which is a bit of a pity.

When we moved in, there was a piece of a disposable shampoo packet on the shelf in the shower and the entire shower was stained, which led us to conclude that the shower had not been cleaned at all. Then they found some plastic trash under the table, and the entire floor was stained and stained. In addition, the handle to the bathroom was half-disassembled. In general, it was as if they changed the bed linen and towels, wiped the sink and that's it, they didn't clean anymore.

The location of the hotel is really impeccable. The U4 subway station is a 2-minute walk away. It is very convenient to get in and out. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach a street full of restaurants. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They are already familiar with the guests as soon as they arrive. All check-in information has been prepared and a map of Vienna is provided. The room is well-equipped and the toilet is clean and separated into wet and dry areas. Very comfortable. What’s commendable is that there are so many hangers! A two-person room can have at least 6-7 hangers per person! There are even two wardrobes and plenty of space for shelves. The room has a terrace and windows that can be opened and closed at any time. It is not afraid of being heated and there is no air leakage when closed. Only the plug locations are only on one side of the bed and under the TV. You have to open the curtains near the bed to find out. Breakfast is normal. There is not too much or too little food. The overall experience is full marks.

Hotel with a great location, Vienna city center is easy to reach on foot. Rooms are functional, clean, internet/Wi-Fi is no problem. The only thing missing is a refrigerator (if you need one), but there are also apartments available to book.

Value for money in this hotel. Unfortunately the trigger in our bathroom was broken. This would also result in the first mold stains.
