Room quite clean. Service is good. Nearby have many amenities. Suitable for travellers who want to explore Chiang Mai old city!

Little far away from old city, about 10 mins walk. Besides, little smelly from toilet, it may be from drain. Anywsy, staff is helpful and accomodation fee is reasonable.

Nice and clean, very big. It's great value for the price. The room felt very empty though, just the way it's laid out. There's a korean restaurant inside the hotel but also a cafe, a bar, and KFC right outside. It's walking distance to many things around.

Nice location and spacious room. When we stay in the square side, the bar had live music until midnight and couldn’t sleep but opposite side is quiet

Excellent hotel, the staff are very helpful, rooms are big, location is in the old city which quite convenient to the various attractions sites, room cleaning always done as asked, only problem usually in the shower as most hotel, the holder shower head is broken and there's a leak from shower door in to the main toilet area. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great location, very clean rooms and great friendly staff. The hotel has a sort of industrial minimalist design. My room was roomie with a nice design. I didn't try breakfast at the hotel but the food looks nice. I would book the hotel again if I am in Chiang Mai in future. The bonus: Trip.com offers free airport pickup for this hotel if you book in advance.

Spacious single room and good location. Easy to get around, there is a Karaoke bar, a pizza hut, and a KFC right downstairs. The building looks modern and room is nicely maintained, even though the bathroom can have a little smell. The walls are thin, and I can easily hear people walking and talking next door or outside. The staff are helpful and friendly.

We had a 2 nights stay at Icon Park Hotel in Oct 2024. It is a relatively new hotel at the great location accessible to night markets and temples. Although our stay didn't include the breakfast, their breakfast selections seem to have great variety.
