We would like to clarify that the location is a popular choice among travelers as it is in the centre of bukit bintang town so traffic may be affected during peak hours/holiday season🙏🏻 We have limited control over the traffic in the area so we hope this can clarify the matter👍

Response from Property: Hi ma,am , we would like to clarify that we are only able to transfer via the same method of your payment regarding refundable deposit.We have clarified with you regarding this, we have refunded your security deposit fully and have suggested ways to withdraw the amount from Alipay. We as host do not own or manage Alipay so we have limited control over the matter...Even after post stay we have done our best to assist you but we cannot cover the additional costs and fees to specially transfer money into your overseas bank account. 😅 We hope you may understand this and we also hope to clarify, we accept other payment methods such as DuitNow, TouchNGo, Alipay, Visa/Mastercard/Unionpay via Stripe.

We appreciate it.Regarding the lift waiting time, it is mainly due to peak hours of the building where most people are using the lift. The peak hours are usually at 11AM-1PM (Building's check out time) and at 10:30-11:30PM (Others heading back to their rooms). The crowd will increase during these times and cause the lift waiting time to be delayed. We hope that this information can clarify your concerns and inform others who are interested in staying at AXON Residences so they may plan their vacation well! Response from Property: We are quite disappointed with your review sir, despite our understanding regarding your limitations and making special arrangement for you, it is saddening to know you had review us badly. Firstly, we had successfully contact you via whatsapp and you had expressed that you are unable to make payment for refundable security deposit online. After this, you also mentioned you had no device when arriving into Malaysia. After further discussion within our company, we decide to make special arrangement to allow a waiver for you only. We sent you the mailbox passcode and comprehensive self check in photo guide for you to refer in advance and note down before arriving at AXON. Despite this you had still negatively wrote the review and dismissed our attempt to help you.AXON Residences is located at the centre of Bukit Bintang which naturally makes AXON a popular place to stay among travellers. We understand that it may not be for everyone's preference but we hope to reach everyone's understanding that we do not have control over the crowd and if you prefer a calmer and less traffic accommodation, there are hotels or homestay's in Kuala Lumpur that may be suitable.The room you booked is our Master room which comes with a Queen Bed and 1 bathroom. We used exact photos of the room to help better visualize how the room looks like. The room is suitable for guest's who are searching for a place to stay for layover or short stay.All your concerns was able to be rectified immediately if we had received any communication with you. Unfortunately, we were truly unable to contact you via whatsapp, email, call or even sms.. We wished to host you better. Regarding the cleanliness, the room was cleaned before every single check out and a round of Quality checking is done to ensure the room is up to standard. Apart from this, the wifi and tv was working well prior to you checkingn in and after you checked out 😅 We understand if you had trouble navigating the tv/wifi, if you needed help we are always available to reach out to via whatsapp or wechat.Overall, we tried our best to serve you better but due to lack of communciation from your end, we regret to not have the chance to properly assist you as most of the concerns you mentioned in your review , we were able to rectify immediately if you are unsatisfied🙏🏻 It is our utmost priority to take care of our guest's comfort and convenience. We wish you have better days and stays ahead, hope to host you in better terms next time...
