Such a nice experience. Front desk lady was so nice, she gave us heated cookies right after we got into the hotel from a long day. That’s was so nice because it was freezing outside. After we asked her about where to go in Dallas area, she wrote us a tiny postcard full of places in Dallas. It was an awesome experience, I wish I could stay there longer.

Very efficient check in and great view. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

While we were having a drink at the bar, they rolled a dead body out through the lobby. After talking to the bartender, she said that it was the second one of the day

I like this place I stayed here and the only issue I had was the smell in the room it wasn’t a bad smell but it had a very weird smell I sprayed cologne when I got there. It was clean and a very nice room very good for the price!

It’s fine if you are just staying few days. Dallas downtown is 30 min drive.

The location is great and suits my business purpose well. Service is on par, though the interior looks a bit dated.

The room is very clean. It’s convenient location to access downtown Dallas and Plano area.

Room is clean and location is really convenient. Several fast food restaurants are literally downstairs. Of course it’s noisier since it’s close to highway

The room was fine but the view overlooks only the lobby from the third floor. I did not get the “high floor” overlooking the road as promised and ended up walking up late as I use the sun as my wake up clock.

It was a good place to stay. Stayed here for a cheer comp and everything was clean.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and understanding very friendly ladies. Also the rooms are very clean and there are so many restaurants to choose from and walking distance... We will stay there are on next work load for business when going threw Dallas. Thank you ladies at the front desk for a wonderful and relaxing stay..

This place is one of the better hotels in Dallas. Perfect highway access and nice quiet area. The facility is pristine.

This time the room wasn’t clean and housekeeping didn’t even fill the handwash or keep the soap.
