Excellent stay, the meals offered by the hotel are simply incredible. Nothing to say.

Very satisfied, the hotel is very, very good and very clean. However, the first Thai food is at least difficult to drink in Dongyin Gong soup. The shrimp is very fishy, like brushing pot water.

The hotel room is moderately spaced, the hotel is halfway up the mountain, quiet and good environment. The hotel's bedding is very comfortable and especially sleep-friendly. The hotel is far from the bus station and the MRT station, and the excessive luggage should be particularly cautious.

Location ideal for families as well, as various restaurants in same locality in a leisure park .

The hotel was at a good location. Staff was very helpful and professional and provided excellent service.

The hotel was 15 minutes from East Croydon station and 30 minutes from London Victoria. It is a good value for money option to save money on your stay in London. The facilities are good and the breakfast room is very comfortable with a wide opening hours and plenty of food available. The room we had smelled of tobacco and was not for smokers. The floor was dirty as if it had not been swept properly. The heating did not work, the curtain did not go down and the furniture was dusty. The bed was comfortable and in general it is a useful room if you are going to sleep after visiting London, you arrive so tired that you do not stop to think that you can hear everything.

Shadian has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and many Arabic delicacies in 10 minutes' walk. London Bridge is 15 minutes away by train. The hotel's breakfast buffet is delicious and has many varieties. The staff in Shadian are friendly.

The location is indeed a bit far from the city center, there isn't much transportation to the city center, and there aren't many restaurants nearby. Although there is a parking lot, the license plate recognition system at the entrance and exit gate seems a bit insensitive. I had to move back and forth several times before it could read my license plate and open the gate. The room is spacious, the bed is large and the mattress is soft, and the overall feeling is clean.

Booked this as I had an early flight out of Gatwick and needed two nights in London, this Holiday Inn was a fraction of the price of the one in London city and is relatively well connected being only a 10 minute walk to the Croydon station which serves both London and Gatwick via frequent train service. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and polite. Rooms are basic, but clean- exactly what you want out of a short stay. Good value, especially when compared to some of the outrageous prices other Holiday Inns are charging these days. Would stay again.
