"We loved our stay here. This place feels like such a relaxing retreat, it’s so peaceful , especially with the rooms looking into the beautiful courtyard. Loved the plants and the decor of this place. The rooms are big ans comfortable and there’s even a projector! The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us with some travel arrangements we were trying to make. Would recommend this place! Wish I could spend more time here just to relax."

"The location is excellent, right by the main streets within the ancient city. Although the street itself is small, it's full of hidden gems; I even discovered two vegetarian eateries not listed on maps. The two vegetarian restaurants on Yeyu Road, facing each other, were also unique and had fantastic food. The shuttle service dropped us off directly at the guesthouse entrance. The manager was very welcoming and upgraded our room for free. He also helped carry our luggage between the car and our second-floor room when we arrived and departed. He even made sure to put the dog in its cage when we arrived and returned from our outings. The room was equipped with a smart toilet, and bottled water was freely available. The bedding, towels, bath towels, and floor mats were all spotless. There was an ample supply of tissues, disposable slippers, and a disposable bathtub liner, all of which far surpassed what you'd find in an economy hotel. The in-house underground parking, washing machine, and late check-out (until 2 PM) were also a huge plus!"
A Yi·Garden Inn is tucked away beside the historic One-Temple Pagoda at the south gate of Dali Ancient Town, with the千年pagoda right in front and the majestic Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake as its backdrop. Open the window—snow-capped peaks and moonlit waters unfold before you in an uninterrupted panorama.
The inn features generous common spaces where hands-on craft experiences meet specialty coffee and relaxed social moments, creating a truly unhurried atmosphere. We've carefully woven traditional Bai crafts like tie-dyeing and botanical printing into the guest experience, blending comfort with culture. Here, nature, heritage, and leisure come together—a place for the curious soul. Looking forward to welcoming you.
"I highly recommend this hidden gem of a guesthouse in Dali! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the South Gate of the Old Town, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. Yet, it's tucked away in a quiet spot, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The surrounding amenities are fantastic, right next to famous Dali restaurants, so finding good food is a breeze. The guesthouse also offers an exquisite afternoon tea and freshly ground coffee. Enjoying the sun and a cup of coffee in the courtyard really sets the tone for a relaxing, slow-paced vacation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Overall, the experience was five-star, and the value for money is outstanding. You can't go wrong staying here when you visit Dali!"
"Seriously, who knew? I stumbled upon this incredibly serene, sea-view courtyard hotel in Dali! 🌊
It's designed in this beautiful Wabi-sabi style with natural wood, surrounded by lush greenery – every step is a picturesque moment.
The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake right from your bed, it's like living inside a painting.
The rooftop terrace is perfect for watching the sunset, with the sky turning an indescribable pink and purple hue.
Every detail is meticulously thought out: the afternoon tea is exquisite, and the room is super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
Time just slows down here; all I want to do is quietly soak in Dali's breeze and the sea views.
