"Excellent location and everything you need on your doorstep. Go to hyperdino next door for cheap food and drinks. Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks. Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great. No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside."

"Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to. Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars. Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch. Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars."

"Have been to Tenerife on several trips and I wish I had discovered Sunset Harbour on my first visit as I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. Great staff all over the complex, reception,pool,cleaning,bar and restaurant, nothing too much trouble. We really enjoyed our New Year stay."

"The resort is in need of a revamp. The poolside and beaches is good but the rooms are old and the furniture looks dated and worn out . The apartment size is big though, and equipped with utensils, pots , microwave , kettle etc . I knew it was quite old but I hadn’t realised it was that old. Breakfast is adequate"

"The aparthotel is located on a hill, far from bars, restaurants, discos and other entertainment venues, the ocean is 25-30 minutes walk away, depending on how fast you walk. But in our case it was not a problem, we deliberately chose an accommodation in a quiet and peaceful place and ”with views”. The views from the room terrace - the terrace is huge, larger in area than many rooms in Tenerife - are really beautiful. The room itself is designed for a maximum of four - there is a kitchen-living room with a fold-out sofa and a bedroom with a huge bed. The bed mattress is hard, the blanket is heavy. The kitchen area is equipped with all the equipment: drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, kettle. There is no dishwasher - aparthotels in France spoiled us a little. Nearby, within a 10-minute walk, there are three supermarkets. There is a bakery shop on the territory of the aparthotel, so you can buy fresh bread, straight from the oven, right here. The complex itself is quite large and multi-level - there are elevators on the territory, but to get to the hotel even from the nearest bus stop you always have to go up. It will be inconvenient for elderly people and families with small children."

"Great staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall. The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy). Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable."
