"We had a great stay at sunset bay hotel brilliant atmosphere and entertainment the room was a bit noisy as we backed on to some bars and were near the main road but it didn’t spoil or holiday"

"Excellent location and everything you need on your doorstep. Go to hyperdino next door for cheap food and drinks. Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks. Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great. No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside."

"Lovely place to stay, all staff friendly and helpful. The pool staff a bit like police, eg told off for moving sunbeds 6 inches! The room was huge Q23 had sun all Day and sunbeds on a large balcony but the noise at night from bars below was something else. Had ear plugs so didn’t disturb but take some just in case you are in this block. Fab location, 2 mins from beach right across road."

"Breakfast was really nice. Every night they have live music. Swimming pool was good. Room can be a bit bigger and all the rooms except our room have a good view. In general I like the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!"

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds , stunning views and a great selection at breakfast. Also, all of the staff that I came across were very welcoming and friendly. However, I’m not sure if I would stay here again based on the room that we were given. It was extremely dark and dingy with a fully enclosed walled ‘balcony’, with no view. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room everyday!! Also, our room was booked for 2 Adults and 1 child, and there was just a double bed. An extra bed was delivered upon request and squeezed in, leaving very little room to move. I’m sure that there are some stunning rooms within this lovely hotel, ours just wasn’t one of them!’"

"A nice place to stay. Staff were super friendly. The pool area is exceptional and the pool water was a nice temperature. The rooms are a little dated and could do with updating but overall a nice stay."
