"The customer service was great, but the bathroom was smelled and has mildew; it didn’t get cleaned even after I showed video of blood stain & dirty in the bathroom wall . I must say the nice hostess was nice enough to get me another room but the smell was even was worse. But I will definitely use it again if need be"

"The room was hot and you had to keep the AC on sixty and maybe by the middle of the night it cooled down. The TV took forever to change channels and half the time did not have a picture but sound only. There is an option for Netflix but it never loads. When you check in I gave them a credit card for a $75 dollar hold, but instead they charged my card $75 and have not issued a refund. This place is definitely not worthy of even three stars. More like a two star and the rooms are more like $70 rooms than the $130 they charge. Definitely do not recommend staying here.."

"Everything was great. Only one thing. I Was not crazy about the lobby doors not needing a key to get in during the night. Anyone can just walk into the building. Which I thought was dangerous especially because there is no one in the lobby working after 11 pm."
