"Requested a double bed but got a twin room which wasn’t great as it was our anniversary weekend away. First room air con didn’t work, moved to another without issue. Rooms not well sound proofed. Noisy guests too. Bathroom facilities lacking places to put toiletries etc. lifts very busy and slow. Overall average at best."

"I took two buses from the airport. It took about 20 minutes by bus to get to the city center. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach, so it was great that I could go there easily both in the morning and at night! There was a delicious seafood restaurant nearby. I was initially given a double-bedded room, but since I was traveling with friends, I asked the front desk and they changed it to a twin room. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of cheeses, hams, fruits, and breads! I definitely recommend adding breakfast (you can add it locally for a fee). The pool was also beautiful. It was a very nice hotel."

"The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in. But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x"
