"We stayed in Queenstown for three days during our honeymoon. I felt rested. The view was beautiful when I opened the curtains. I experienced unprecedented service. When I was having dinner, I mentioned to the butler that I had fallen and needed to go to the hospital. The manager called me in the afternoon to ask if I needed any help. The dinner menu didn't change much during the three days. It would be better if they could change it every day and give me a tasting menu. On the second night, I was surprised to find that the waiter in the restaurant was a mixed race of Chinese and Western."

"I had a lovely stay at Ora Retreat! Cabin was already warm when I got there (late night check in), literally a warm welcome! I got to meet their cutest dog Dusky as well 🫶"
"Clean and tidy, warm service. The hotel is small with only nine small houses, good privacy. There is Ms. Bella who speaks Chinese, very warm. The hotel can pick you up in the town, and a taxi from the town is only about 15 yuan. It is a very good hotel suitable for vacation, lying flat in the hotel. The weather has been bad these days, and I only saw the stars in the sky one night. Anyway, it is a very good resort hotel."
"Stayed here for 3 nights. Room is clean and we got beautiful view of the lake while having breakfast even though the view was slightly obstructed due to ongoing construction. Location is slightly inconvenient if you do not have a rental car because it is difficult to walk uphill back from town."

"Mercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow…
Superb.. love Queenstown and Mercure Resort..
Also Accor membership is usable here.. bravo.."
"A really good hotel with fantastic staff , who are very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful.
The dinner is fantastic especially the lamb and catch of the day . The facilities are good with a nice jacuzzi and pool and a gym (with old equipment ). The hotel is great but their payment and online system is too old and slow and causes lots of issues and chaos for the staff . A hotel that is fantastic but just needs to modernise a bit more."
"It was beyond my expectation. It was so beautiful. It faced the huge lake in Queenstown. The facilities were very good, including dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom, bedding, and the view. Most importantly, the price was much better than those hotels with direct beach access."
"Brilliant place like all haka houses are! Very clean and huge kitchen area, nice lounge area as well! Toilets were clean. Only downside is that there is advertised private parking but when I got there the car park was full with about 6 cars in it! This means you have to either park on the street or go up a huge hill and park outside houses just to get to your car! Wasn’t made clear."
