"We stayed in Queenstown for three days during our honeymoon. I felt rested. The view was beautiful when I opened the curtains. I experienced unprecedented service. When I was having dinner, I mentioned to the butler that I had fallen and needed to go to the hospital. The manager called me in the afternoon to ask if I needed any help. The dinner menu didn't change much during the three days. It would be better if they could change it every day and give me a tasting menu. On the second night, I was surprised to find that the waiter in the restaurant was a mixed race of Chinese and Western."

"I wonder how many Chinese people have stayed at this treasure hotel? What a perfect hotel, a beautiful and quiet place in Queenstown. Enjoy a corner of the sky full of stars, The service is very considerate, and the fireplace is warm in winter. We went skiing in the morning and breakfast was delivered to the hotel the night before. The toiletries are all organic. In short, although it is a bit far away from the center of Queenstown, But isn’t that what resort hotels are all about? Queenstown Azur, love it!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip while looking for a room with a lake view, easy access to the airport, and proximity to town. Overall, the hotel met my basic expectations, offering both comfort and convenience. Pros: - Spotless and well-maintained room. - Room with two double beds was spacious and perfect for four adults. - 24-hour reception for assistance at any time. - Convenient access to public transport, with a bus stop (Bus 1) about an 8-minute walk away. - Great dining options, including in-room dining and a restaurant with stunning views of the lake. - Unobstructed, picturesque lake views from rooms on level 4. - Courtyard with seating areas with beautiful views. - Swimming pools. Cons: - The hotel is located on an uphill slope, which might be inconvenient for some who is not driving. - No balcony to enjoy the view outdoors in room. - No microwave in the room. It offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. The beautiful lake views and great dining options make it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, good sized room and nice and quiet even though we overlooked the road. We have stayed here a couple of times before and notice that it is starting to show its age but that said its clean and is being fairly well maintained . The lodge style that it used to have has been eroded with a big TV over the fireplace and loud music playing in the bar, so its not a place to sit and relax, which is a shame. The room was a little on the cold side as there is a vent near the door that blows out icy cold air so you have to have the heat pump on which then dries you out but there was an extra blanket so its pretty cosy once you are in bed. When I asked for an extra pillow a selection of 4 different kinds got delivered which was great and the service was excellent. Parking was free, which is a bonus as most places charge. Despite the very minor negatives we would stay here again."

"Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views. The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."

"Great location and service. Every bed has a curtain, a light and a shelf to put little things. Noisy at night when people step on the stairs and chat with each other really loudly even though you can see the signs ”10pm-7am quiet time” everywhere."

"The hotel is on a slope. This time, the first row is facing the road. There is a garage below the road on the first floor. Parking in the garage is very convenient. You can also drive up the slope, making it easy to pick up luggage. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor of the hotel. The second floor is the living room. We have four adults and one child, which is just right. The hotel is quite cozy, and the facilities are very new. The location is not far from Queenstown on foot, about 10+ minutes, but there is a long steep slope... It's a bit tiring to get back to the hotel...😂 There is road construction going on near the hotel these days, which will wake you up in the morning. The only shortcoming is that there is no radiator in the hotel room. Sometimes it feels cold in the middle of the night. Everything else is good."
