very very small with hardly any amenities. there is no daily cleaning if you stay here for more than 1 night, you have to pay for this separately. the shower tray was dirty when we arrived and the rooms have no air con in the summer so the room was incredibly hot in august! very basic, a small desk, double bed, shower, toilet and sink. no soap to wash hands and no shower gel etc like other hotels. if you want something cheap for 1 night then you can bare it, anything more than this and it may be a struggle.

Got a room in this hostel in the heatwave of June 2025. The temperature was unbearable and not easy to cool down such a small room. The hostel has a nice outdoor space overlooking the rail tracks with the Puys in the background.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Impeccable welcome and service. The hotel is undergoing construction, making access and parking very difficult. Also, there was an error in the booking process, which was for November 1st, and they had registered an arrival on November 2nd.

Super tarif pour cette chambre située a coté de la gare et a 30min a pied du centre ville. Certes la salle de bain et petite mais cela suffit. Le petit dejeuner est de qualité avec un tres bon prix de 8€. Egalement possibilité de stationner dans un parking couvert

Un endroit idéal pour 1 ou quelques nuits , bien placé par rapport aux centres d'intérêt de Clermont. Personnel adorable, possibilité de faire sa petite cuisine ou de commander une pizza, une planche de charcuterie . Coucher de Soleil époustouflant hier soir, les grincheux n'ont qu'à bien se tenir !

La chambre très petite n'a pas de climatisation c'était une fournaise, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car à côté d'une gare et des gens qui hurlent la nuit... Il y avait des taches de sang dans les draps .. Par contre heureusement qu'il y a le personnel pour remonter la note car ils sont vraiment très sympa !!!

Nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit tellement il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Pas de ventilateur de disponible à la réception. Je ne comprends pas que cet établissement ne mette pas à disposition un nombre suffisant de ventilateur pour satisfaire la clientèle. La chambre était petite ainsi que la salle de bain. Nous avons déjà séjourné dans un hôtel Elko à CDG, très bien,spacieux avec 2 lits simples. Pour se retourner dans la salle de bain c'était compliqué. Mais pas le pire. Le pire fut la chaleur. Petit plus pour le personnel sympa et compréhensif. Nous avons pu remplir nos gourdes d'eau fraîche en demandant à la réception le matin . Mais la nuit nous a laissé un sentiment de colère. J'aurais préféré dormir dehors tellement c'était invivable!!!!!
