Crowne Plaza - Dubai Jumeirah Reviews

Booked this as a birthday surprise for my friend and it was perfect. The property is one of the best in the area. Reception was super kind and even offered a late check-out. My friend really appreciated the sweet birthday gesture. Highly recommend!

The front desk team were very helpful, cooperative, especialky, Soumaya, Marina, and Sharmin. The rooms are spacious, and breakfast was very good.

The hotel is nice and at very good location near a lot of restaurants. The breakfast is very good and the room in good size

I am NOT recommend anyone to stay this hotel. No matter you are coming for biz travel or family holiday. It is a good hotel BUT in a wrong location. Iti s located in old Dubai and local people living area. here is the reason: 1. Hotel Area: the hotel is located in a local people living area and I do not feeling comfortable when the hotel so close to the local living home 2. Food: there are no restaurant around the hotel 3. Shopping: there no shopping mall around the hotel. 4. Park: no park around and no place to walk around the hotel. My local biz partner surprise how / why I booked this hotel in Dubai.

Good...but one of the booked rooms has A/C trouble and nothing could be done as per management. Hotel otherwise was good and rooms were decent. Breakfast was really good.
