I’m stay here (Solo female) for 3night. For me, for a girl, night is unsafe for you to stay outside. But, in the noon, have many available resturant around there. The location is easy to find. The room have necessity such as soap, towel and kettle. That’s it. The cleaness of mattress sheets is so so. Everything is comfortable to stay. I will repeat again because the location is center to go anywhere.

Walk distance to the monorail station. The location is a bit secluded but quiet, ideal for resting. The room is clean but no window.

Overall so good... park in front of the hotel & some restaurants/shops around. There's a lift to take you upstairs & coway/iron provided near your room. Uncle at the front desk is so friendly

Everynight there was a woman screaming we talked to front desk but they said it just happens

Hotel location is quite near of the tower🇲🇾. rooms are pretty good, but there was no water bottle and other supplementary .

Very unfriendly and pathetic behavior of the guy at the reception! My flight was early morning so i called 1 day before my reservation, the receptionist said i need to pay extra 15 RM for early check in . I said okay fine. I arrived around 7:30 and there was another guy at reception’ He didn’t even answer to My Greetings “ Good Morning Sir” anyways he behaved very unfriendly and denied to let me check in. I said alright i will wait here in the hall waiting area. I asked for WIFI password he said “ Sorry I can't give you WiFi password because you have not checked in yet. I will give you password after your check in time starts. Later i checked in and the plug in slots were little wider , i couldn't plug in my charger. I asked for extension lead or connector, they asked me to go and buy myself. Worst experience ever , anyways thanks to trip.com , i called and they solved this issue. They pushed the hotel to provide me the connector or cancel my booking.

Such a Nice Standart, Budget Hotel

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy. Highly recommended.

This location is near by the lrt station .It is very benefits to us because can go every place that we want to go. Outside of hotel have many place to eat because that have like pasar malam ,all of the local food.

We arrived at late night (10/4/2024). We found a cockroach on our bed and then we explained to the front staff and asked for a new room but the staff showed no responsiblity AT ALL, claiming that the hotel was fully booked and he cannot do anything. The bedsheet, the towel, the pillow and the blanket ALL smells so bad like it didn't wash for a long time as we can smell sweat from previous traveller... Trust me, we tried to take a photo of the cockroach on our bed, but as we tried to chase it off, it went down and hid under the bed. WORST experience ever!
