It's very hard... and if you're used to sleeping on your side, it's practically impossible. A mattress topper would be a solution, especially these days when all mattresses on the market have a "soft feel." It's a real shame because everything else is perfect."

"I am very disappointed with how my reservation was handled. After calling the hotel three times and speaking to three different people, I was told that to change my stay dates from the 17th to the 24th, I had to submit a cancellation request through the booking platform and then make a new reservation directly with the hotel. I followed these instructions exactly. However, the cancellation request required approval from the hotel, and I received no response before the deadline. I am therefore stuck in a difficult situation, even though I simply followed the advice I was given. I regret this lack of follow-up and communication, which has put me in a complicated and avoidable situation. I hope the hotel can improve its handling of this type of situation so that it doesn't happen to other guests."
