Good location, short walk to Malin plaza and slightly longer walk to Jungceylon/ bangla st. Had the whole queen bed to myself and was comfortable. Table, chairs and even balcony to chill outside. Reception table was manned late into the night and the ladies were very friendly. Cons: When I arrived the floor was a bit dusty. Tiles had lifted off the ground so they made noise when I stepped on them. Toilet had some odour so I opened the window and the toilet fan to clear the air. Can hear the loud motorbikes at night.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Very very very clean, super friendly staff an owners. Fantastic location, walk to all local Patong beach attractions and shopping centres. Definitely will return👍

The room is clean, towels are old and new, bed linen is normal, shower is normal, good balcony, air conditioner is noisy, from the street it is very noisy. The staff is very friendly, smiling, hospitable. Special requests regarding a quiet room and decoration for the anniversary were not fulfilled. Wonderful hotel. Situated about 15 minutes walk from the beach. Not on the main street, so not very noisy. The only thing, if you go by taxi, you need to pay attention to the address, in Potonga there is a hotel with a similar name (more famous), they can confuse, as happened to me. We stayed 16 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect. Cleaning on request, towels were changed by default during cleaning. The girls at the reception were friendly, they waited for us to arrive at night. The elevator was not working, but the girl dragged one suitcase to the 3rd floor herself 🤣. The elevator worked all the other days. The room had air conditioning, a new TV, a kettle, coffee, sugar, water is put in when they clean, a small refrigerator, a corkscrew for wine and beer.

We were here from 11.01.2025 to 23.01.2025. The hotel is very simple, without any frills. For its price, it's quite normal. Cons: very noisy because of the bikes passing by the hotel. There is a small shop nearby, and bike rental. There is a refrigerator, a safe too. In principle, if it weren't for the noise from the bikes, I would rate it 4. The staff is good.
