The location is great and room is clean, neat and tidy. Plus the staffs are friendly and hospitality. FYI, there is no elevator but the hotel helps you move your belongings. For our stay, it was perfect.

Hotel location is ok. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Only problem is there's no lift.. problem for travellers with big luggage. Do be advised..and it's secluded area..in a small alley

The hotel was a bit old but had a lot of toiletries available to use such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shaver, hair ties, sewing kit etc. They also had a mini bar but were reluctant to let us leave until they checked the mini bar to see if we took anything even though I tried to pay for a can of coke at the front desk and they told me to leave the money in the room. So I did leave it in the room and then he tried to get me to pay again, until the lady showed that I paid. Also the walls were very thin and the security guards and people above us were very loud.

I forget something in my room and when I go to the reception to check out I told him I forget to bring my stuff so they told me there is nothing in the room?!

Good location quite close to the lake. The room had a wide range of amenities including kettle, minibar, ac, clothes iron with ironing board. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. However, the noise insulation was pretty bad which combined with the fact that there was a heavy construction going on in the next building made it very hard to have a proper rest.

My friend insisted that I come back and give a six-star review! There are cafes nearby, and it is easy to get a taxi near Hoan Kiem Lake. The room is very clean, all daily necessities are complete, and there is a small balcony. This is the best! I had a great time in Vietnam

Accommodation in Hanoi is generally more expensive than in Ho Chi Minh City and even more expensive than in Nha Trang. The house is old and the food is abundant. The girl at the front desk tried hard to tell me how to take a bus to Mong Cai, but she couldn't figure it out because of her limited Chinese. I took a taxi to Gia Lam Railway Station and was told that trains to China had been suspended for a long time, but there were trains to Lao Cai Province. I walked to Gia Lam Bus Station again, and the waiter translated on the phone for a long time before telling me that I could go to Mong Cai either early or late. There are no buses to China at the bus station. Later I looked at Xiaohongshu** and found out that the bus to Nanning was from Guangxi Yunde Group. I added WeChat and sent the location, but the address was difficult to search in both Vietnamese and Chinese. You can search for Didi Taxi. This is my second time in Hanoi, and I don’t know where to go except Hoan Kiem Lake. Return home quickly.

After walking around the city we had a good rest in the hotel. The room is small, quite suitable for spending the night
