"I was super pleased with our stay! We got a very reasonable price on our stay so I was a little nervous to see the place and I was so very happy we chose to stay here! The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the location couldn’t have been better! The only complaint we had was the elevator took forever and was not air conditioned so we used the steps which the stairwells are also not air conditioned. They had maintenance people painting rooms and doors keeping the place looking nice so they definitely care about the look and they guests so hopefully they can help this in the near future… I looked at a crazy about of places before we booked and I read reviews on every single one so I hope to help someone else with reassurance that this is a great place to stay! 5 stars!"

1. Good location, not far from major attractions;
2. Beautiful environment, adjacent to high-end community, surrounded by small lakes, convenient supermarkets and restaurants;
The room is comfortable and clean;

"The room was very comfortable and roomy. The location was located very close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very quiet and made sleeping at night easy without loud noises or disturbances. The only downside was the limited amount of cable channels or there being no access to streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu. Overall the stay was great and the channel situation doesn’t take away from that. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, within 10 minutes from the Isle of Palms beach. The breakfast area was a nice amenity with good food selections.Housekeeping was pretty good, although they did not vacuum the room, a requirement for me for beach area hotels. Also, the bathroom in the room we were assigned to had not been serviced by maintenance in a while. The tub was aged with areas of rust in the tub near the drain, and an un-repaired shower bar near the top entrance of the tub/shower. We may use the hotel again with reiteration on expectations and an agreement that such expectations will be met."

"the bathtub was so slow to drain that even the quickest of showers warranted standing water above the ankle. also room service failed to do their job on one of the days. we were able to get clean towels from the desk, without the offer of having the room cleaned / tidied up."

GGuest UserOur stay at the Hyatt House was very good. The location is conveniently located in a quiet area of MT Pleasant with shops within walking distance. It is also only 10 minutes from historical downtown Charleston. The staff at the hotel from housekeeping, to the breakfast team were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. Dominique and Dani who were on front desk duty were the icing on the cake, as they were very hospitable, and knowledgeable about the Charleston area, always ready to assist us whenever we needed assistance. We are looking forward to staying again, with the hopes of having a wider selection of cable TV channels, and the option to use our Netflix account.(It seemed that BET as well as other channels were scrambled with the cable provider that The Hyatt House uses).

GGuest UserThe young man at Checkin was wonderful. The plusses all stop there. Got into the room. First of all, I ordered and received confirmation that I was getting a Rollin Shower room.
Not! Did not receive the room I ordered. I cannot stand in regular tub/attached shower. How disappointed we were. Next. NO Air Conditioning. Power completely off on the room unit. Joshua kindly came in the room to try to fix/adjust it. No action. So next, he gives us another room. We were so excited our problems would be over. NOT! This room, I flushed the toilet..........NIAGRA FALLS!!!! Bathroom Fludded over with water in less than a minute. Could not stop it. My husband goes to front desk and gets a plunger and a mop. We slept in a room with totally wet floor as the mop had fibers no thicker than a child's jump rope. It was thin and old. We just endured a soaked room until we checked out in the morning about 6:30AM. Came to Charleston for Medical reasons. This room situation really made us SICK! I can only say the staff, and the breakfast are super kind. Whoever confirmed the room order from the very beginning DID NOT give us that room, and the rooms they gave us were totally devoid of being usable for any guests. Please have housekeeps check the basic facilities in rooms before allowing the front desk to rent them. Test the AC and Flush each toilet.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived at the hotel and checked in. We enquired about the breakfast which was included in the booking. We were suprised to find out that there wasn't actually a breakfast. You got this card, and every morning you could pick out one item out of their ”supermarket”. The ”supermarket” was basically a minifridge and freezer, and a couple of shelves. Here you could find little cups of icecream, frozen minipizza, water, cola, and things like crisps and m&m's. This is hardly a breakfast. And you could only take one item, not even a drink and a snack. We said that this was not what we expected when we made the booking with breakfast included.
The receptionist didn't even apologize just stated that the information on the website was old from 2021 and that they hadn't gotten around to changing it.
We decided on this hotel because the breakfast was included. It was a pretty expensive booking. With over 400 dollars per night you would expect at least and nice breakfast or apologies and compensation.
At the end we just took a bottle of water in the morning and had breakfast elsewhere.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Mount Pleasant, Charleston. The facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the gym and pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience in Charleston.

GGuest UserThe best things about the Hampton Inn were the location and the hotel employees. The hotel is 15 minutes to half an hour walk from Charleston’s major attractions, including shopping, and twenty minutes from the airport. Charleston is made for walking. It is compact, clean and safe, so we walked everywhere. The attitude of the front desk employees epitomized southern hospitality. The hotel offers free breakfast which is basic, but satisfying. Room cleaning is offered upon request.

똑똑바로I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.

RRussell FriarVery good location for experiencing West Ashley in Charleston South Carolina. Very impressed with the staff as I first entered they were very helpful and showing me my room getting the paperwork done as quick as possible all with a smile on the face. Also very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms featured refrigerator microwave the beds were comfortable sheet soft. Also it was very quiet which I hadn't expected being on Sam rittenberg boulevard where there's always a lot of traffic. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. If I'm ever around again this will be my first choice

KKimberly CharltonI stayed here at the Wyndham in Charleston, South Carolina. while i was in between my house closings. They have been very helpful here. It's very clean. The amenities are great, and the location is excellent. You feel like you're at home. I would suggest to anybody to stay at that hotel.
