The house is clean and sanitary. It is located in the central area of Chinatown and is very convenient for traveling. Very suitable for business trips.

Hopefully a working wifi and cable TV should be made available. Staff are courteous and helpful. Upon arrival, was given a room with no shower head and loosed shower valves. It was fixed the following day. Overall, decent.

1. Service: While the staff were diligent, I noticed that fulfilling requests often took longer than expected and sometimes required multiple staff members to complete a single task. This inconsistency, while not overly disruptive, did affect the smoothness of my stay.
2. Birthday Celebration: I requested a birthday celebration, but the offerings were limited to a balloon and a towel shaped like a cake, which didn’t meet my expectations. In my experience, other 5-star hotels usually provide a complimentary cake without needing to ask, especially my actual birthday is during my one week stay. I only received a cake after making a direct request.
3. Amenities: I was disappointed that the room did not include a coffee machine for coffee capsules. This is a standard amenity in many 5-star hotels.
4. Highlight Service: One positive note was that the hotel accommodated my request to reheat squid ink rice from an outside restaurant (see pic for reference)

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more.
The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good.
One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

Our stay at The Manila Hotel was exceptional. The hotel’s historic charm and well-maintained interiors create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view of Manila Bay added a special touch. Dining at Café Ilang-Ilang was a highlight, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to different tastes.
The location is also ideal, close to cultural and historical sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the Manila Hotel offers a wonderful mix of comfort, history, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a stay in Manila.

I love the service and friendliness from the various staffs in Diamond Hotel, concierge, lift lobby staffs, gym staffs, restuarants staffs, doormen.
I love the cleanliness of the room, from the bed to the desk to the toilet as well as the closet.
I love the gym as well, the equipment was pretty adequate, there's tv for extra entertainment and also water dispenser to quench my thirst during workout.
I will definitely come and stay in Diamond Hotel again in the future.

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit.
I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number.
What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️
One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.
It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila
A relatively new hotel, good in every aspect! Clean and tidy, good service, complete facilities, refrigerator, humidifier, air conditioner, slippers, toiletries, etc.! Close to residential areas and schools, average location, need to walk one kilometer to the mall! More than one kilometer away from Chinatown! There are churches and basketball courts nearby! After the sun sets, fences are erected at both ends of the street, children hold basketball games on the street, devout believers hold small outdoor gatherings, and children play in the streets

GGuest UserThe room was spacious enough for two people and clean. All basic amenities are ready for you, including slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, kettle, and there is a water dispenser machine (hot and cold) on each floor. The location is easy walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants, convenience stores etc. The staff were friendly and the breakfast is different each day. Rooftop has cool view of the city. Would recommend to stay here.

--YanyanTy-My stay at the Winford hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (HK.Michael, Front desk-Fiona,Duty Manager Sir Danielle, Bellman Ash & Zen,Casino Dealer Gemma) going above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila.
AAnonymous UserAs always staying here is very nice and comfortable but be warned they have airport style security and scanners at the entrance which is super annoying they demand to open and see all your bags inside and belongings even if you're staying here for multiple days they'll do it every time you enter the hotel
Bonus you're very close to two big malls
TTravelDestinationsThe room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit.
However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior.
Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist.
I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space.
In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

FFrancisco VertedorCute budget hotel. Very clean with excellent customer service. I liked its location in Ermita close to the shops, beach, historical center, restaurants, etc. It has an ATM in the lobby and hot-cold water dispensers on each floor. The amenities were quite basic and the room felt a bit like a cave with no views. Other than that I would recommend it.

KKiara Faye LagrisolaCheck-in was a breeze, all the staff was very helpful. Bed and linens were all very comfortable but I noticed my pillows had a smell so after my first night I had them changed and they gladly obliged. I just wished they provided smaller towels too, they only give two bath towels and that’s it. Would be great to have more mirrors in the room as well. They charge water by the bottle when this usually comes for free in other hotels. I had to do my groceries to avoid paying around USD 1 per water bottle. Wish they gave water for free. Breakfast options are decent, but I wish they provided more Filipino breakfast staples. Gym was great, pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely want to stay here again if needed.

AAnonymous UserFront Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room.
Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

AAnonymous Userchecking in was smooth. The room is clean and the bed sheets smell clean and fresh. The shower area has molds in between grouting that needs to be brushed. The location is near the us embassy, intramuros and robinsons manila. The aircon works as expected. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks!
AAnonymous UserCustomer Service: Won't even greet you at all when you try to check in, security deposit is required also which is not indicated in booking.
Location and Cleanliness: Very accessible to public transpo and resto. hard to fall asleep hearing all outside noises from cars outside. Room is very clean upon checking in.
Room: Even with aircon, its so hard to maintain cold room temp making it uncomfortable. Wifi connectivity is also zero lol.
