"The house is clean and sanitary. It is located in the central area of Chinatown and is very convenient for traveling. Very suitable for business trips."
"Location is good, it’s near from tourist spots in Manila. Lobby and resto’s ambiance is fine, but as soon as you enter their elevator and along hallways there is a stinky smell. For the room, bed sheet look so old and thin as well as the towel. Cold and hot shower is so hard to control. It either super hot or super cold nothing in between lol."
"1. Service: While the staff were diligent, I noticed that fulfilling requests often took longer than expected and sometimes required multiple staff members to complete a single task. This inconsistency, while not overly disruptive, did affect the smoothness of my stay.
2. Birthday Celebration: I requested a birthday celebration, but the offerings were limited to a balloon and a towel shaped like a cake, which didn’t meet my expectations. In my experience, other 5-star hotels usually provide a complimentary cake without needing to ask, especially my actual birthday is during my one week stay. I only received a cake after making a direct request.
3. Amenities: I was disappointed that the room did not include a coffee machine for coffee capsules. This is a standard amenity in many 5-star hotels.
4. Highlight Service: One positive note was that the hotel accommodated my request to reheat squid ink rice from an outside restaurant (see pic for reference)"

"A classic hotel indeed!
The room was splendid and the breakfast buffet spread was the best.
Close and very accessible as well to malls and recreation centers within the metro. Highly recommended!"
"We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Hotel! We were a family of four—two adults and our kids aged 10 and 14—and everything was comfortable and enjoyable throughout. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service truly made our stay extra special.
We also celebrated our daughter’s birthday during our visit, and it turned into a memorable family moment. The ambiance, amenities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Just a small note for future guests: outside calls, even those within the city, are chargeable—so it’s good to be aware of that.
Overall, we highly recommend Diamond Hotel for families looking for a relaxing and delightful getaway. We'll definitely be back!"
"General impression was good, and clean, but no coffee available bidet water is too slow cannot be used, shower has no hot water, but front disk responded fixed it.
Sink has also no water available in it, as per technical crew that fixed the shower, sink has been long not working and cannot be fixed."
"Location is perfect, near to public transportation and near to famous tourist spots. Staff are very accpmodating. Whole hotel is so clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is excellent, they change the food selection everyday.5/5"
"It's a very good hotel and the location is very good. I have booked for this hotel and I was staying nearby.I frequently visited the hotel and saw everything is perfect . There is a night market nearby and there are lots of places to enjoy"
"It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila"
With a stay at UHome Lacson in Manila (Sampaloc), you'll be a 5-minute drive from Rizal Park and 6 minutes from U.S. Embassy. This hotel is 5.2 mi (8.4 km) from SM North EDSA and 6.6 mi (10.7 km) from SM Mall of Asia.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as an indoor pool or make use of other amenities including complimentary wireless internet access.
Make yourself at home in one of the 10 air-conditioned guestrooms. Bathrooms have separate bathtubs and showers and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include desks and separate sitting areas, and housekeeping is provided daily.
BBrandi from TexasThis is an excellent hotel for the price. It is a newer property and very convenient to get to the airport. The beds was clean and very comfortable. The room is colorful and nicely decorated. This is not a full service hotel, as it doesn’t have a full service price. If you want bottled water, just order some via Grab. If you just need to spend a night or two as your transit through Manila, this is perfect. The breakfast was limited, but good. There’s also an omelet station and the top floor has a great view. We also received great service from the front desk. My one suggestion would be to deep clean the shower floors. The room is too new for the shower floor to look a bit dirty. Other than that, I would definitely return.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Manila Prince Hotel, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. Every aspect of our stay was seamless, from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila and will definitely return for future stays!

TTravelDestinationsThe room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit.
However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior.
Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist.
I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space.
In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

AAnneee101The room is spacious, but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning as there are a lot of molds. No bottled water but there is a water dispenser outside. No hair blower or iron in the room but available upon request with a fee of 105 each. The location has passing jeepneys going to quiapo and divisoria which is good.

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only
