Manila Quiapo Hotels

We checked in at this hotel for my sister’s board exam, and we definitely made the right choice by choosing Sun Star Grand Hotel. It's just a few steps away from Isetann, and even though the streets outside were loud and busy, the hotel itself was quiet, peaceful, and safe. The staff were very welcoming and respectful, always ready to attend to our inquiries and requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. My sister and I had a good night's sleep and felt well-rested throughout our stay.

All infairness we had a great time during our stay here,mababait yung staff ,kayalang pag may need ka need to follow up ulit kse sa dami sguro ng bookings nila nakakalimutan nila pero all in all ok.. pinayagn kmi mag early check in kaylng ung cr nung room na pinagmit while waiting for our vip room is brado yung cr,plus 30min kmi ng hintay at twice ako bumaba bago kmi nalipat s booked room nmin.. but thank you so much,we can recommend the VIP room but not the other rooms..thank u! ang ganda ng location nito kse malapit mrt ,chinatown at divi ..basta very nice po hehe

The room was not that clean there were stains all over the bed sheets, the bathroom is nearly collapsing although the food was very good and the staff are friendly as well

I checked in on January 12-13. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean. They provided soap and 2 bottled water but no toothbrush and shampoo. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were small however the AC was made up for it. What I like about the view by the elevator is the church of Nazarene, it was like the view from the back of the Vatican. The shower was hot and the water pressure was just perfect, however sometimes the shower drains were slow. They should have put another bath mat just outside the bathroom entrance, the one they placed was not that absorbent. The TV was great because they had smart tv but sometimes the internet was slow and disconnected sometimes. I noticed that the building shakes sometimes like there is after shock, at first I thought it was and read one review also mentioned that, they said it's because of the vehicles passing by outside. The menu they have inside is a bit pricey but no problem for me because outside there is a lot of resto you can find. Locking the main door was annoying sometimes because they were using the hard key and had to leave the key in the reception every time I left. Also, the bedsheets and linen were clean but just a few stains. Overall, it was a good stay for its price.

I love the place, near to 7/11 just 1 minute you will reach 7/11 24 hours, clean rooms and friendly staff,,near to Minor Basilica of Nazareno, and many foods chains to choose I will book again when I travel Manila

Dusty, needs to improve the cleaning, busted light, aircon remote broken cannot replace no extra,.. and the guest service to long the answer the call and Hindi ko narinig ung words na ”thank you for waiting”

The rooms are quite old. And very much. wifi is good. The staff can take good care of you. Is the place not suitable for families?
