I was told that room service is within 12nn-5pm. I asked around 2pm they said it’s already too late. I asked if they can at least mop the washroom area cause it got a bit wet after shower they said okay but when I came back around midnight, no one did it and the floor was still wet. Lack of service.
Our stay at Arzo Hotel - Manila was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!
Accessible to train station, to different sites in Manila like Luneta, Paco Park, National Museum, one station away to Intramuros! ✨
It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila

What I liked most about this inn is that they allow guests to leave their belongings and come back later, even after the 2 PM check-in time, without worrying about their luggage. The waiting area is separate from the main lobby and front desk, and it has its own doors, which makes it feel secure to leave your bags there.
They also have a small balcony area where guests can hang newly washed clothes to dry, which I found very convenient. Another thing I liked is that they use duvets instead of thin blankets similar to flat sheets, which made the bed more comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, and they require a security deposit upon check-in, but the deposit is refundable. Overall, it was still a comfortable and convenient stay.
The service is good. However, may konting prob lang yung kumot, kobre kama pati yung twalya. 😭 Mabait mga guards and other employees nila. Okay pa rin sa presyo. Recommended para sa mga nagbabudget lang.

My family has been a regular customer since I was in grade school. It was my grandfather who introduced to us the beauty of Binondo and how accessible Best Fortune Hotel in everything. I am overall happy with services and though it’s basically an old hotel, I must say it’s one of the best for me. I will keep coming back and thanks for your great service and hospitality.
The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!
Affordable hotel at the heart of Manila Chinatown! If you want to experience Manila Chinatown, the world's oldest chinatown, then the Ramada is the best place to start. I took a Binondo Food crawl and decided to book a room so I can fully enjoy Binondo. The room was quite spacious, wide doors and hallways (good access for people on wheelchairs), and quiet. Surprisingly very quiet! Despite it's very central and busy location, I was able to sleep and rest quietly. Aside from the occasional church bell, you won't really hear much of the noise from downstairs. As yu step out of the hotel lobby, you will be welcomed by the hustle and bustle of Binondo. Food stalls and restaurants everywhere. It is a gastronomic adventure and a shopper's paradise. Just a few steps away from the long lines of foodies are bazaars and shops where you can find anything from clothes to jewelry to Chinese charms.
At the top of the hotel is Mento, their in-house dining spot, their breakfast buffet is decent but nothing too exciting. You may skip this and go straight outside, you'll need your appetite to fully experience all the food choices available. Just be ready to fall in line for minutes, some really popula shops have lines that go for hours!
Overall the hotel is nice, comfortable and quiet. It may feel a bit old, and could use some refurbishing, but I say that's part of the Binondo charm. Old city, rich in tradition, but feels quite like home.
Best location as this is at the center of Binondo. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Aircon was strong, curtains were think that blocks the light from the outside. We prefer this as we are late sleepers. If you are conscious about the interiors and finishings details of the hotel overall, this is not for you. As we saw the paints were not done well, even saw pencil writings inside the bathroom near the door. But staff were courteous. Parking is just on the street side, and on first come first serve basis. It was my second time here, and we will still prefer this hotel because of its location.
