"Firstly the location is second to none! 3 minute walk from the station which was gold after a long day on the train and with heavy bags. The room was fine. Standard Japanese hotel size. Comfy bed. The only complaint I have was breakfast, the breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the number of guests in the hote,people had to wait to get a seat, l and the food was very bland I'm sorry to say. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Happy to recommend if you can get past the breakfast issues."

"I stayed in the annex. It was a double room. As soon as I entered the room, I got the impression that the room was a little old-fashioned, but none of the facilities felt old. It felt strange to have the sink in the room, but the space other than the bed was spacious and very comfortable. It was good that the toilet and bathroom were separate. However, the toilet was quite small. Personally, I thought that even though the toilet was small, there was an air freshener (fruit scent?) and when I closed the toilet door, the scent of the air freshener was too strong. I used the toilet with the door open. I thought that air fresheners are not necessary. If they are to be placed, I would like them to be smaller and have a gentler scent. The front desk staff were very kind and I was grateful."
