"The good thing was the room is super spacious with 4 single beds. It is a good option if you are just looking for a place for a short stay. The floor carpet had a mysterious stain, and the hallways were kind of gloomy. Overall location is a dark and quiet at night but more alive in the day time. Self checkin and out process was easy. There are lots of free amenities available too and the staff helped us to call taxi to the airport."

"It is the best location as it is 20 minutes from the airport near the international street, the breakfast is delicious, and the public bath is very clean, so it is a cost-effective hotel. The tatami room is much bigger and better than the bed room, but the bed room was too small."

"A hotel that is very convenient to reach by monorail. Sanrio really did not disappoint us. Next time I have a chance to visit Okinawa again, I would like to come to this good hotel again. The counter service staff scored 100 points!"

"Loved the decor in the family room. Very child-friendly including toys and child toothbrushes. Pyjamas were also provided. Only problem was that the hotel didn't reserve a parking lot for us even though we had requested for it. Had to drive around the neighbourhood for nearly half an hour before finding an empty lot!"

"The service was excellent. They took good care of us by fulfilling our requests sich as extra bottled water. The room was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, there was no traffic noise at all. The location is great, within walking distance from the main street and Makishi Public Market. Parking costs 1500 yen per day as of May 2025, but there are other nearby parking options that allows you to park up to 24hours at about 800 yen."

"The room was large and comfortable. But we were not allowed to use the 3rd bed, saying that only 2 adults were allowed in the room, and a child was not allowed a bed. Breakfast for the child was also paid. The hotel did not congratulate me on my birthday (and I had an anniversary, 50 years). The pool was very cold."

"beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a departmental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)"

"Although it is not very big, it has a lot of things and is very complete. Check-in and check-out are all self-service, very private, with an elevator. It is convenient to push luggage and go upstairs. There is a washing machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room. TV, air conditioning, bathtub, toothbrush, towel, cotton swab, razor are all available. There is a small sofa, it is really well equipped, and the corridor outside the room is also very wide, There is a stone statue in front of the door that is easy to see. There is Kokusai-dori downstairs, as well as an ice cream shop, so it's very close to shopping. The bus stop and monorail station are just downstairs, very convenient."
