"When we arrived at the hotel, the sofa bed had been made for the two children, as well as two towels of different sizes. When we found that the kettle was not working, we called the front desk, and the guy on duty immediately came up and gave us a brand new electric water heater. The efficiency was touching! In addition, if there is a vacant space on the roadside in front of the hotel on Sundays, you can park for free. I only knew this after the front desk reminded me. Thank you very much!"

"This hotel is unexpectedly good, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff is great. My English is not very good, but the communication was joyful and everyone was very happy. We also saw our Huawei in Düsseldorf, which was great. The Deer Park is worth a visit."

"Very unprofessional. I don't know why so many Chinese people choose this hotel. I paid for my breakfast when I booked on Ctrip. After arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay for another 20 euro breakfast. When I left the hotel, I asked the front desk to send me the invoice by email, but I haven't received it yet."
