We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this! This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), … We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated! Recommended.

I stayed in the Luoci Suite, which was very distinctive. It was a renovation of a local ******* house. The first floor was a museum, and the second floor was the room. The living environment was very good. What impressed me most was that the ******* owner of the house was very welcoming. He cooked hot pot with us in the suite at night, invited us to drink butter tea, and took us to visit their own hut the next morning. He invited us to have ******* breakfast and taught us how to eat tsampa. If you go there during the summer vacation, you can meet their daughter, who is on summer vacation. She is very generous and a very warm and lovely ******* girl.

Each building has a small courtyard, the outdoor platform is completely paradise on earth, the infinite river and grassland are in front of you, is the best place to take pictures and punch in. The staff said that there was a black tent next to it, but did not go to see it. It was too comfortable to sit on the outdoor terrace and have a cup of coffee. I didn't want to move. 格聶是一個令人嚮往的地方，川西行醖釀了半年有餘，終於在7月踏上旅途，關注格聶這麼久突然發現喜歡的博主發了他們做了自己的民宿的動態，雖然新店剛開業，但已經火爆，後來分兩次訂了兩間房，在格聶這種地方缺少的就是這種有質感，有故事的民宿，整體採用那種野奢的風格打造，結合窗外絕美的草坡，看着馬兒悠然自得的在河邊吃草，看着遠山雲霧繚繞，看着角落裡店家精心挑選的鮮切插花，這一切才是格聶該有的悠然，靜謐和美好，雖然房間不大，但功能應有盡有，乾淨，衞生，有設計感，有絕美大窗，有精心搭配的早餐小食，有用心製作的迎賓小卡片，作為室內設計人，這家民宿長在了我的審美點上，我願意為之買單，併為其留下讚美，也想説出我的建議，格聶的名聲在川西已經十分響亮，屾下完全有資格成為格聶那朵最美的花，希望你們在情懷的催化下生出更多有故事的文創產品周邊，或者包裝當地特色的美食做為早餐小食甚至伴手禮，躺在床上看着草坡上的牛馬，誰不想帶些酸奶？牛肉乾？小野花？等等這些格聶的特色呢，另外身處當前價位，特色服務少不了，我是被入住時老闆親自獻上的哈達感動了一下，小小的儀式感一下就收買了我🥰

The floor of the room we checked into was very dusty and many traces of hair from.orevious guests! It was all over, on the bedroom floor, window, bathroom and shower.. I requested them to vacuum the floor and they did. Then I got a sec ere headache from altitude. I couldn't sleep through the might be of the main reasons I booked the hotel because they provided Oxygen machibe in the room. U fortunately ours was not working. Went to the reception at around 3ish am and she gave me an oxygen canister. Which helped a little bit. I also booked a more expensive room to get a more spacious room and better view. Unfortunately I had the worst view of all!. It was my only window facing a rooftop with all the cables and metals. The following day my guide called the manager at least 3x to speak to him and share the concerns but the manager didn't answer and never returned the call. Thus us another IHG terrible experience with hitel manager! No personal interaction with customers for feedback. Litang itself is a wonderful.and very special place. We loved it there.
