"Had an amazing stay at Gaia Hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us with a cute chocolate cake and card, such a thoughtful gesture (though they did accidentally misgender me as “Mr” instead of “Mrs” 😅). The hotel is located a little further uphill, so if your activities are around the Lembang area, it’s perfect. If you’re heading into the city, do plan ahead as it takes about 30 minutes each way. We specifically chose Gaia Hotel for its amenities, and it did not disappoint. The gym was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find free Reformer Pilates classes, bouldering, and plenty of outdoor activities. The property is spotless, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Our only regret was not booking a garden view — though the city view we had was still lovely. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return on our next visit to Bandung."

"Very nice and quite surrounding, perfect for resting. Big room, king bed, and they provide a baby crib for my child. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices made our stay prefect. Thanks!!"

"Check in was smooth, i've requested connecting room and they provided it. The only problem, one of the room when we checked in smells really bad from the toilet and the hotel managed it very quick. Need to improve the linen and towel as they look quite old."

The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast arrangement. Instead of being served at the hotel itself, breakfast is provided at a charming restaurant located about 150 meters away. The short walk to the restaurant was refreshing and added to the overall experience. The food there was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at Bungalow Homes Hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of travel."

"The hotel is an old villa in the middle of the mountain, a certain distance from the city, suitable for self-driving. The power supply is the same as that in China, with 5 holes and no converter. There are all the necessary facilities. There are two bedrooms and a dressing room on the third floor. There is only one bathroom in the master bedroom, and the toilet pump is broken, so the foot valve is turned off. There are (small animals (rats or geckos) in the corner of the bed in another bedroom. Because Bandung is a forest city, the hotel is on the mountain, and it is a villa, this is understandable.) The villa where I live is a distance away from the front desk at the entrance of the villa area, which is inconvenient to contact. There is a garage and a nanny room on the first floor of the villa, and the second floor is the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There are all the basics. Although the facilities are old, it is still quite good for family and friends to get together."
