"had a flight cancelled in the evening, so glad that i had booked this hotel . only a few mins walk to this hotel directly after getting back the luggage, even with the suitcase cart to the room door!!! had buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, good! and the lift of the hotel took me directly to departure hall! The room amenities are adequate, i had my home going flight cancelled and had no clean sleeping clothes with me. Lucky that they hv comfy onsen outfit that i could wear overnight. :) recommended"

"I traveled around Hokkaido in June. This hotel is super conveniently located, very close to the station. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and yakitori and yakiniku restaurants are just a few steps away, making dining incredibly easy. Highly recommended!"

"Convenient if you arrive at airport late and dont have time to get to Sapporo.  Clean rooms. We booked a triple room but unfortunately the sofa bed was sagging and you can feel the spring in the mattress.  Not condusive to sleep.  Fortunately efficient and helpful front desk helped to solve the problem.  Thank you!"

"Located right next to Chitose station, check-in was done via self check-in machine after obtaining a QR booking confirmation code from the front. A public bath one for male and one for female are located at level 2 with a lounge where complimentary hot coffees are available. Room size just right for two pax and was clean and quiet. There are two 7-11 fight next door to the hotel and short walking distance to food places like soup curry, grilled meat, ramen etc. as well as Chitose salmon aquarium."

"Our stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose was great. The location is central and close to many amenities like shopping mall, eating places and a short walk to the train station. Parking is free and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Service quality is very good - staff are polite and helpful. There is even a convenience store located in the hotel that is opne from 0600hrs to 2359hrs. Rooms are much larger than those in Sapporo and Tokyo and the shower area is big too."

"We really love to recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay the night before your flight from Chitose. It is convenient to get to the hotel as it is close to Chitose Station. The hotel shuttle bus service to the airport is very convenient. With so much luggage, it is much better than taking the train. The room is compact as usual, but it is clean and nice. The staff can communicate well in English. They were very kind to let us leave some of our luggage at the hotel for four days before our check-in date. The breakfast is also very good. There are two kinds of breakfast they offer: an international breakfast and a traditional Japanese one. We had both, but I think the traditional Japanese one is nicer. The restaurant is decorated in Japanese style and is served by many grandmas. It made us feel like we were eating a meal made by Mom. Unfortunately, we had very little time in the morning, so we could not enjoy our time in the restaurant enough. There is also a public bath on the 2nd floor, but we did not have a chance to use it."

"It is a 3-minute walk from Chitose Station, and there is an AEON shopping mall and supermarket across the road. The room is clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety, and the New Chitose Airport is two stops away from the hotel."

"This hotel is located near the airport. I have my flight cancelled and I decided to book this hotel. Hotel come back public onsen. The room was decent for solo traveller. Opposite the hotel has one mall and several restaurants nearby. Hotel come with free bus to new Chitose airport"

"They are quite complete as a hotel. Hotel is a bit old but location is good ~ Near airport 20 minutes by hotel airport van. How to take the airport transfer to hotel. Refer to pictures below. Go to the location as below... Beside the airport police station at arrival level 1."

"Chitose airport hotel is very close to the JR station around 5 mins walk. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English as well. Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal."
