AAnonymous UserAmazing onsen hotel in a beautiful lakeside setting. The room was very spacious, cozy, and relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with high-quality food and plenty of variety. The complimentary tea-time drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. The onsen itself was on the smaller side, but still enjoyable and more than sufficient for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

MMic HIt’s very near to the chitose JR station, about less than 1 minutes walk. The breakfast is good though not much selection but tasty. Service staff is average as they didn’t share with us that we can choose another pillow but we knew it from other reviewers in trip, also didn’t share with us the lady public bath passcode. So I give service an average score. But still a good choice if you need to catch early flight for a night stay.

Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area.
Hightlights:
The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch.
Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries.
Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless.
Observations:
Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity.
Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV.
Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door.
Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

GGolferwitGreat location, about a 15-minute walk from Sapporo train station. The room was spacious and clean, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and, even though their English was limited, they made a genuine effort to communicate, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse offers excellent value for money. Self-check-in was a breeze, and the room was clean and comfortable. It's very close to the airport. I'd recommend taking a taxi or GoTaxi from the airport to the guesthouse; it's only about 2100 yen, which is much more convenient than taking the subway as it drops you right at the door, saving you from hauling heavy luggage.

AAnne Cheah37I arrived very early after taking an overnight flight. I asked the front desk if it was possible to check in earlier and mentioned that I was willing to pay an additional fee if needed. However, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that early check-in was not possible, and the tone was not very friendly. As a result, I had to wait until 3 p.m. while feeling very tired.
The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I also had a very comfortable sleep that night.

GGuest UserThis Hotel is The Best Hotel I've stayed in on my trip to Japan. Located in Chitose, it's meters away from Great Food, Aeon Shopping Mall, Lawsons and JR Station. The staff were EXECEPTIONAL! The Breakfast and Onsen were exactly what was needed for the two days. I will be back on my return trip in the near future 🙌 10/10 for service, cleanliness and professionalism

EEpianThe hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.

GGuest UserAbout or less than 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The hotel also nearby Aeon which less than 10 minutes walking distance. It's a quiet place. The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key.

晶晶姐The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.
