"The front desk is on the 2nd floor. There's a guide near the elevator on the 1st floor, so it's fine. You can also leave your luggage there on the 1st floor after check-out. During check-in, you might have to wait in line for a bit depending on the time. I only received water once during check-in, but when I was in line for check-out, I saw people coming just to get water, so maybe you can get it daily if you ask. In downtown Chicago, where water is expensive, this is a big deal, isn't it? If anyone knows, please tell me. The microwave is only available on the front desk floor (2nd floor). It's a bit of a hassle, but thanks to it, we could enjoy the Chicago pizza we brought back. Perhaps because we stayed at a cheap rate, our room's window only looked out onto a wall, but we were out during the day, so it didn't bother us. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a supermarket on the way, so it didn't bother me (except for the trip from the airport to the hotel). It's a good place to stay for a few days as a base for exploring the city, but for just one night, a place closer to the station might be better."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Magnificent Mile with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms and service are typical of a standardized business hotel. Breakfast was crowded, but the management kept things orderly. In terms of food, it was quite abundant for Western cuisine, but mostly high-oil, high-sugar, highly processed food. It can't compare to hotels of the same caliber in China; Chinese people might not be used to it. Seeing foreigners enthusiastically slathering Nutella on their chocolate muffins and enjoying it so much, I finally understood why this hotel gets such high ratings on international sites."

"The room was really clean, well-equipped, nice, and the views were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the pool area almost every day. However, the service and management are incredibly disappointing. During our 4-night stay, the Xfinity TV system didn't work at all. We reported it to front desk, but nobody showed up. As sports fans, we missed the NHL Finals and the soccer World Cup entirely. On top of that, the hotel has been holding an $800 security deposit on my credit card for nearly a month since check-out. I have sent two emails directly to the General Manager, to request compensation for the broken amenities, but I have been completely ignored. Very unprofessional post-stay customer service. Beware of their communication failures."

I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!"
