Clean room, convenient location and accommodating staff!

Surprisingly, there is a free shuttle bus for late night flights! Other facilities, such as hygiene, bedding, breakfast, etc., are pretty good near the airport. However, parking is charged!

Slight issues with the door, which had to be jammed on to be fully closed. Had to squash two bugs immediately upon arrival. Certain features such as the drawer on the nightstand to the right side of the bed were in poor condition. However, all features worked the way they should. Enjoyed proximity to Skokie and Uptown. Very professional and diligent office staff, with one employee in particular who worked hard to resolve technical issue with check-in.

Place is okay. Everything is handled remotely and passcoded. They could do better on the service by adding atleast 1 staff onsite

The hotel is located in the relatively dangerous South Side area, so I was extremely careful when going out at night. Additionally, it's an hour away from downtown, so I thought it might be a little difficult to get to. However, I was very pleased with the amenities provided in the room, such as a refrigerator, microwave, two beds, a shower room, towels, and air conditioning. However, please be aware of safety and accessibility issues.

The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, and considerate service. It also offers a shuttle service to the pharmacy. The facilities are good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and hygienic. They are equipped with a kettle, which is suitable for Chinese living habits!

The hotel is excellently located - in one metro stop from the airport. Also by metro it is easy to leave to the city center. The hotel is worth its price, in the room there is everything for happiness. Breakfast is also quite good.
