This was my first time staying here, and I was very impressed. The place felt great, and it was quite clean. The staff tidied the bed daily, and I really appreciated that they even folded and neatly arranged my pajamas, which I'd just left on the bed. Such a thoughtful detail! The location is extremely convenient; it's very close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, Tianfu Square, Chengdu Museum, Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, and Sichuan Grand Theater – all within walking distance. I'll definitely book this place again on my next trip to Chengdu.

The room was spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful; they even consistently offered me water whenever I came and went. The lobby was well-equipped with route cards and photos of local attractions, plus very comfortable seating and delicious floral tea. A huge thank you again to all the hotel staff for such a wonderful stay experience. Special thanks to the fantastic front desk team!

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to confirm that the positive feedback for this place is absolutely genuine. We stayed here for several nights in a row. For families with children, they even provide kids' amenities, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While the rooms aren't massive, they are impeccably clean. The location is superb, just a stone's throw from Chunxi Road. You can tell the owner puts a lot of heart into running this guesthouse; it truly has a warm and welcoming vibe. I'm confident they'll expand and open many more locations in the future. Highly recommended!

This hotel was absolutely exceptional in every way, from its service to its environment. Both the elderly and children felt incredibly comfortable and at ease during their stay. Firstly, every single staff member at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. They helped carry our luggage to the room and were always attentive to our requests. Whenever we encountered an issue, instead of making excuses, they promptly worked to resolve it, which truly made us feel cared for. Secondly, the room was spotless and odor-free; the housekeeping staff did an immaculate job, making our stay very pleasant. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu. A huge thumbs-up! 👍🏻👍🏻 I even forgot to take pictures of the room during my stay, only managing to snap a photo of the room number! 😂

Very big room for the price. The rooms are clean and new and very well equipped. Staff also escorted me to the room and gave me a simple room tour, which was a nice touch.

Overall, we are happy with our stay. The room is spacious, mattress ok most importantly the front desk are super friendly!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible service at the reception. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of with genuine kindness and attention to detail. Special thanks to 小杨 (Xiao Yang) and 美子 (Mei Zi), who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their helpfulness and professionalism made us feel right at home. They are a true asset to the hotel, staff like them make all the difference. The hotel is very lucky to have such dedicated and wonderful team members. Also the cleaning staff is very friendly. Rooms are very neat. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing! Big big recommend!! The staff are so nice and helpful, didn't know English but it is so easy with a translator and they really want to do it for you and to help you. The location is great, just 5 min from metro, 5 min from tianfu square. The room was big and very very clean (also they cleaned it every day). We did laundry here and they did it for us, even folded our clothes. The bed is so comfy, you can have as many water as you want. At the first floor there is another hotel who let us pay every day for breakfast for 36 RMB per person.
