The hotel location is great..its with in the shopping centre. Grest customer service. They even aowed us to check in early! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.McDonald's etc. Room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Smart tv Breakfast very good. A value for money. Highly reccommended. .

The room they had allocated for me wasn’t even made up or cleaned. Disgusting

Very good hotel

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

Didn’t get to travel due to train cancellation and hotel couldn’t refund due to type of booking. Can’t claim under rule 75 as Tripp.com made 2 separate bookings. One for train one for hotel and raised 2 separate payments. My advice is book yourself, don’t use third party

friendly staff and needed the little extras had to leave 15 mins early but that was due to the Queens funeral. so no problem

The room is very standard, the bed is slightly smaller than in China but it is enough for two people. The breakfast is very standard, cost-effective, the price is very good, and parking is convenient. There is also Starbucks.

Although the location is a bit remote, it is only about 7 or 8 minutes' drive from the town center. It is still very convenient to drive. There are Starbucks and McDonald's nearby.

Nothing special. Normal facilities. Breakfast is OK.
