Downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro are a 5 minute drive.The spaceThe space features a plush down Cloud couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace making it the perfect place to sink in, put up your feet and relax. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and a small dining nook. Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit and coffee. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam top, windows and plenty of storage. The bathroom is bright and contemporary with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries provided for your convenience. Outside, there is a charming patio area, complete with outdoor seating making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit morning.Guest accessLighted guest parking is located adjacent to the suite with a sidewalk leading to the door. Guests will have keyless entry with keypad door lock.Other things to noteThe guest suite is attached to the house at 701 Kings Mill Road in Chapel Hill. The owners have two dogs and live on property. The one bedroom suite is perfect for two people but will accommodate up to four on the couches which are the size of twin sized beds. You won't need to sacrifice your gym routine with our in home gym, while serene walking trails and the community lake offer respite and nature walks close by.With 3 bedrooms, two baths and a separate in law studio with kitchenette and newly renovated bathroom, you'll have plenty of space for everyone. We have two additional spaces for sleeping, one in each of the two living rooms, a projector for watching movies, a great big dining table and home gym with laundry. The area surrounding the house is wooded with a beautifully spacious patio and newly constructed walkways and sidewalk make accessing the home from your vehicle a breeze. Located on a corner lot, you'll feel like you've escaped to a far away place, while still being walking distance from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Staples, Starbucks and Breugger's Bagels.Nearby are walking trails, a lake and a playground for the little ones, and our home was also designed with them in mind, with plenty of games to keep everyone busy.
