"What an amazing experience this hotel is, and it is an experience in every sense of the word. Attention to detail drives everything here from the manager, who personally welcomed me, down to the trainee who asked if I need an evening ‘turn down’ of my room. Nothing is too much trouble. The colonial era architecture and decor is beautiful in this hotel that is 123 years old, but nothing is in any way tired. The staff are awesome and the food is excellent. My room was simply the best I’ve ever stayed in."

"The property is in a great location. Near to Karol Bagh. Good access to all means of transport. The property looks clean and hygiene. This was my 3rd stay. But i didn’t have that great experience this time. The rooms allotted had some issues with bathroom and a little bit of hygiene. Even after complain there was not much of a resolution. But over all the rooms looks good and new. And the staffs are well behaved and friendly. "

"We were a large party off 13 returning from the punjab to stay in delhi for a few days prior to our flight back to the uk. Car journey took forever to get back and we got to the hotel for midnight quick check in for all and enjoyed our comfortable stay. Next to a metro station and we spent most of our time out the hotel as uber was convenient to take us where we wanted to go. So basically the hotel was just a sleeping base for us."

"Zostel Delhi is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed at, the staff were incredibly friendly, and they were the highlight of my experience.
I’ve rarely met such amazing people during my travels, in their free time, they’d sit down to chat with travelers, and I loved how everyone gathered around the couches for conversations, I spent hours there.
I’d definitely stay here again when in Delhi, thanks for the cozy experience!"

"We arrived at middle of night, the staff was so welcoming. They gave us a family suite but we booked a delux suite. They told us that they will change us tomorrow afternoon. So We went to the room and lie down after shower we saw some bugs running around the bed and on the ground. These bugs come from perished food and bad flesh. So we asked them to change our room and again they put us in a family suite and this time the wifi was so bad and the range had only 1 bar showing. And again we asked them to give the delux room and they changed us. The food is good and the location is not so bad, but i wouldn't be coming here again. "

"There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating."

GGuest UserThe sound insulation is very bad, the room has no privacy, the toilet lid is crooked, the shower is very cold, because there is no door, the bed and the bathroom are only one meter, the bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, which means sleeping next to the bathroom, 555. This hotel has two buildings. We eat in the old building and live in the new building. They are 300 meters apart. The front desk of the new building is often empty, and no one answers the phone when I call. There's really nothing to eat for breakfast. I could only eat three omelettes. The coffee tastes terrible too. This price is not cost-effective at all. The pictures are beautiful, I won’t go to this place again.
In comparison, I think Hotel City Star is extremely cost-effective. We stayed there the day before. The room was clean and tidy. It was like a home in China. The breakfast was rich, with both meat and vegetables. The creamy mushroom macaroni was super delicious and the coffee was fragrant. No wonder that hotel is full of foreigners. The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. .

MMAKSIM IZMAILOVGood place, great location, reasonable price for the room. We searched for a hotel for a long time, read many reviews. We were lucky to find this place. The administrators are very kind, and the staff is helpful! There is a restaurant on the territory of the hotel, the food is delicious, but the prices are a little high. We had breakfast included, and we always ordered masala tea - it is cooked wonderfully! The room has everything you need, but the flush in the toilet was not very strong. The sink was a little broken, but it served its purpose. The hotel also offers various excursions and tours to attractions and other cities. From the hotel it is convenient to get to all the attractions by Uber or tuk-tuk. Our stay was positive, thank you!

It was hard to find a 3 ⭐ property near jama masjid area as the area is very crowded.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.
The behaviour of the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
The service provided was really good and would definitely refer others to this hotel.
The hotel has a very majestic view of Jama masjid especially at night.
The hotel has in house restaurant for food also however it is very very costly.
It's better to eat outside rather than paying so high at the in-house restaurant.
and special thanks to MMT because I was able to book the cheaper rate rather than directly booking from the hotel.
overall it was a awesome experience.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay here . This is our second time here . The train station is just a few mins walk from here and you can get the aero city metro to the international airport , this aero city is link from the railway station , a bit of walking though .
There is a convenience store round the corner which we get our snacks and shampoo there too .
We also seek help from the hotel staff to get us a taxi to the airport and a car for a day trip to Taj Mahal but it was a long journey so please if you have time , stay one day at Agra .
I will stay here if I will ever come back to India 🇮🇳😊
